Abstract

Sikap sains merupakan aspek penting dalam perkembangan anak usia dini karena membantu menumbuhkan rasa ingin tahu, keterampilan observasi, serta kemampuan berpikir kritis dan pemecahan masalah. Namun, hasil observasi awal di TK Beringin Bhakti menunjukkan bahwa sikap sains anak belum berkembang secara optimal, di mana anak-anak cenderung pasif, kurang menunjukkan rasa ingin tahu, kurang termotivasi dalam melakukan eksplorasi secara mandiri pada pembelajaran sains. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses implementasi dan peningkatan sikap sains melalui metode pembelajaran eksperimen berbasis permainan outbound pencarian harta karun dalam pembelajaran sains di kelompok B TK Beringin Bhakti. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan melibatkan 10 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, catatan lapangan, wawancara guru, dan dokumentasi, yang dianalisis menggunakan metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan signifikan dalam sikap sains anak setelah penerapan eksperimen berbasis permainan outbound, di mana persentase capaian sikap sains meningkat dari 39,44% pada tindakan I, 67,22% pada tindakan II, hingga 87,22% pada tindakan III, dengan peningkatan keseluruhan sebesar 0,789 dalam kategori tinggi. Berdasarkan penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan metode pembelajaran eksperimen berbasis permainan outbound terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan sikap sains anak, sehingga disarankan agar metode ini diterapkan secara luas untuk memperkaya pengalaman belajar anak dalam pembelajaran sains. -------- Scientific attitude is a crucial aspect of early childhood development as it helps foster curiosity, observational skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. However, initial observations at TK Beringin Bhakti revealed that children’s scientific attitudes had not developed optimally, as they tended to be passive, showed a lack of curiosity, and were less motivated to explore independently in science learning. This study aims to examine the implementation process and the improvement of scientific attitudes through an experiment-based learning method using treasure hunt outbound games in science learning for Group B at TK Beringin Bhakti. The study employed a classroom action research (CAR) approach involving 10 respondents, with data collected through observation, field notes, teacher interviews, and documentation, analyzed using qualitative and quantitative methods. The results showed a significant improvement in children’s scientific attitudes after implementing the experiment-based outbound game method, with the percentage of scientific attitude achievement increasing from 39.44% in the first cycle, 67.22% in the second cycle, and 87.22% in the third cycle, with an overall increase of 0.789 in the high category. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the use of experiment-based learning methods through outbound games is proven to be effective in enhancing children’s scientific attitudes, making it recommended for broader implementation to enrich children’s learning experiences in science education.
