Abstract
Penggunaan bahasa Sunda di Pos PAUD Tulip masih menghadapi tantangan, meskipun berada di wilayah yang seharusnya menggunakan bahasa tersebut. Banyak anak mengalami kesulitan memahami bahkan mengenali kosakata dasar dalam bahasa Sunda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kemampuan berbahasa Sunda anak usia dini melalui kegiatan Rebo Nyunda, mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung, serta mengeksplorasi implementasi kegiatan tersebut dalam pembelajaran. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, yang dianalisis dengan teknik reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan berbahasa Sunda anak masih tergolong rendah, sementara faktor pendukung meliputi pemilihan kosakata yang sederhana, metode pembelajaran kreatif, dan keterlibatan guru. Namun, implementasi Rebo Nyunda belum optimal akibat rendahnya konsistensi penggunaan bahasa Sunda, kurangnya respons adaptif guru, serta terbatasnya sarana pendukung. Diperlukan strategi yang lebih efektif, termasuk peningkatan kompetensi guru dan penyediaan media pembelajaran yang lebih variatif untuk memperkuat pembelajaran bahasa Sunda di pendidikan anak usia dini. ------ The use of Sundanese at Tulip PAUD Post still faces challenges, even though it is in an area where this language is supposed to be used. Many children have difficulty understanding and even recognizing basic vocabulary in Sundanese. This research aims to analyze the Sundanese language skills of young children through Rebo Nyunda activities, identify supporting factors, and explore the implementation of these activities in learning. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, this research collects data through observation, interviews and documentation, which is analyzed using reduction, presentation and conclusion techniques. The research results show that children's Sundanese language skills are still relatively low, while supporting factors include the choice of simple vocabulary, creative learning methods, and teacher involvement. However, the implementation of Rebo Nyunda has not been optimal due to the low consistency in the use of Sundanese, the lack of adaptive responses from teachers, and limited supporting facilities. More effective strategies are needed, including increasing teacher competency and providing more varied learning media to strengthen Sundanese language learning in early childhood education.
