Abstract

Kebutuhan atas pendidikan yang merata dan berkeadilan di Indonesia sampai saat ini masih merupakan isu yang hangat. Salah satu aspek yang mencuat dalam hal ini adalah keberadaan sekolah inklusi. Sekolah dasar di Indonesia saat ini bukan hanya diharapkan mampu menyelenggarakan pendidikan pada anak-anak yang normal namun juga diharapkan melayani anak-anak yang berkebutuhan khusus. Berkenaan dengan hal tersebut, dalam kenyataannya belum seluruh sekolah khususnya di Kota Bandung mampu menyelenggarakan pendidikan inklusi secara mumpuni. Problematika ini harus dipecahkan. Langkah awal pemecahan masalah tersebut harus dilakukan dengan terlebih dahulu melakukan kajian atas faktor-faktor yang dominan berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan sekolah melaksanakan pendidikan inklusi. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan sekolah dasar di Kota Bandung dalam melaksanakan dan menyelenggarakan pendidikan inklusi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode survei korelasional. Sejumlah 237 guru terlibat dalam penelitian ini. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Dana yang dihasilkan diolah dengan menggunakan teknik regresi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa variabel yang memiliki hubungan dengan kesiapan sekolah berturut-turut adalah kepemimpinan transformasional sebesar 0,529, budaya sekolah sebesar 0,716, dan kinerja guru sebesar 0,610. Berdasarkan hal ini dapat dikemukakan bahwa variabel budaya sekolah secara umum memiliki hubungan yang paling dominan jika dibandingkan dengan variabel yang lain dengan kesiapan sekolah melaksanakan pembelajaran inklusi. Dengan kata lain, kepala sekolah harus mampu mengembangkan budaya sekolah yang baik agar mampu menciptakan sekolah inklusi dengan lebih baik di masa yang akan datang. -------------- The need for equitable and just education in Indonesia is still a hot issue. One aspect that emerges in this regard is the existence of inclusive schools. Elementary schools in Indonesia are currently not only expected to be able to provide education to normal children but are also expected to serve children with special needs. In this regard, in reality not all schools, especially in the city of Bandung, are able to provide inclusive education competently. This problem must be solved. The initial step in solving this problem must be done by first conducting a study of the dominant factors that influence the readiness of schools to implement inclusive education. Therefore, this study aims to examine the factors that most influence the readiness of elementary schools in the city of Bandung in implementing and organizing inclusive education. This study was conducted using a correlational survey method. A total of 237 teachers were involved in this study. Data were collected using a questionnaire as a research instrument. The funds generated were processed using regression techniques. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the variables that have a relationship with school readiness are transformational leadership of 0.529, school culture of 0.716, and teacher performance of 0.610. Based on this, it can be stated that the school culture variable in general has the most dominant relationship when compared to other variables with school readiness to implement inclusive learning. In other words, the principal must be able to develop a good school culture in order to be able to create a better inclusive school in the future
