Abstract
Sejak prakolonial hingga sekarang, sistem pendidikan di Indonesia telah mengalami banyak perubahan. Kurikulum Merdeka, model pembelajaran terbaru, bertujuan untuk memberikan kebebasan berpikir kreatif dan mendukung pengembangan guru melalui Platform Merdeka Mengajar. Terutama di Kabupaten Majalengka, banyak guru TIK belum sepenuhnya memanfaatkan platform ini untuk meningkatkan inovasi dalam pengajaran mereka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana penggunaan Platform Merdeka Mengajar berdampak pada tingkat inovasi guru TIK di Kabupaten Majalengka dan untuk menemukan komponen utama yang mempengaruhi inovasi tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan korelasi Produk-Moment Pearson (PPMC). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, dengan nilai PPMC sebesar 0,75, terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara penggunaan Platform Merdeka Mengajar dan tingkat inovasi guru TIK. Ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin banyak guru menggunakan platform tersebut, semakin banyak inovasi yang dapat mereka hasilkan. Pengalaman mengajar dan akses teknologi juga memengaruhi peningkatan inovasi selain frekuensi penggunaan. Studi ini menemukan bahwa Platform Mengajar Merdeka memiliki dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap inovasi guru dan menunjukkan bahwa platform ini harus digunakan sepenuhnya untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran. ----- From pre-colonial times to the present, the education system in Indonesia has undergone many changes. The Merdeka curriculum, the latest learning model, aims to give creative freedom of thought and support the development of teachers through the Free Teaching Platform. Especially in the Majalengka district, many ICT teachers have not fully utilized this platform to enhance innovation in their teaching. The aim of this research is to see how the use of the Free Teaching Platform affects the level of innovation of ICT teachers in Majalengka District and to find the key components that influence such innovation. This research uses a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design. The data was collected through a Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using Pearson product-moment correlation (PPMC). The results of the study showed that, with a PPMC score of 0.75, there was a significant positive relationship between the use of the Free Teaching Platform and the level of innovation of ICT teachers. It shows that the more teachers use the platform, the more innovation they can generate. Teaching experience and access to technology also influence increased innovation in addition to frequency of use. The study found that the Free Teaching Platform has a significant positive impact on teacher innovation and suggests that the platform should be used fully to improve the quality of teaching.
