Abstract
Sosial skill anak menjadi aspek penting untuk membangun interaksi sosial yang efektif, terutama di PAUD inklusif. Fenomena permasalahan sosial seperti ketidaknyamanan anak reguler selama pembelajaran, dan rasa keterasingan anak berkebutuhan khusus menunjukkan pentingnya pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang adaptif. Musik menjadi salah satu alternatif program pembelajaran yang mampu untuk menstimulasi sosial skill anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi persepsi guru tentang penggunaan program pembelajaran musik untuk menstimulasi sosial skill anak di PAUD inklusif. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif, serta analisis data dengan menggunakan analisis tematik. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan tiga partisipan dari tiga sekolah inklusif di wilayah Bandung yang memiliki dan menjalankan program pembelajaran musik. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi dua tema utama: 1) Program Pembelajaran Musik yang Mampu Menstimulasi Keterampilan Sosial Anak, seperti mendengarkan dan menyanyikan lagu bernilai sosial, bermain alat musik sederhana secara kolaboratif, serta permainan musik dengan gerak ritmik sederhana; 2) Keterampilan Sosial Anak yang Mampu Terstimulasi melalui Aktivitas Program Pembelajaran Musik, meliputi kemurahan hati, kerja sama, empat. penerimaan sosial, sikap ramah, dan perilaku persainagn yang positif. Terdapat rekomendasi untuk peneliti selanjutnya, yaitu mengkaji topik yang sama dengan menggunakan metode wawancara dan observasi langsung untuk memperkaya data dan hasil penelitian. Peneliti berikutnya juga direkomendasikan untuk mengalokasikan waktu dengan tepat agar mampu mempelajari dinamika program pembelajaran musik secara lebih terperinci, untuk meningkatkan efektivitas program pada pendidikan inklusif. Children's social skills are an essential aspect of building effective social interactions, especially in inclusive early childhood education (PAUD) settings. Issues such as discomfort among regular children during lessons and the sense of alienation felt by children with special needs highlight the importance of implementing adaptive learning methods. Music has emerged as an alternative educational program that can stimulate children's social skills. This study aims to explore teachers' perspectives on the use of music education programs to stimulate children's social skills in inclusive PAUD settings. The research design employs a case study with a qualitative approach, using thematic analysis for data analysis. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with three participants from three inclusive schools in the Bandung area, each of which implements a music education program. The findings identify two main themes: 1) Music Education Programs that Stimulate Children's Social Skills, such as listening to and singing socially meaningful songs, playing simple musical instruments collaboratively, and engaging in rhythmic movement music games; 2) Social Skills that are Stimulated through Music Education Activities, including generosity, cooperation, empathy, social acceptance, friendliness, and positive competitive behaviors. Recommendations for future researchers include exploring the same topic using a combination of interviews and direct observations to enrich the data and findings. Future studies are also advised to allocate sufficient time to thoroughly examine the dynamics of music education programs to enhance their effectiveness in inclusive education settings.
