HUBUNGAN MOTIVASI INTRINSIK DAN EKSTRINSIK DENGAN
HASIL BELAJAR PJOK SISWA PUTRI DI SMP 1 CISITU

Oryza Nur Septia (2007101). Pada Skripsi, Program Studi Pendidikan Jasmani kesehatan
dan Rekreasi Departmen Pendidikan Olahraga Fakultas Pendidikan Olahraga dan
Kesehatan Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, Bandung 2024. Penelitian ini untuk bertujuan
untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi intrinsik dan ekstrinsik dengan hasil belajar pjok
siswa putri di SMP 1 Cisitu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode
korelasi dengan jenis korelasi ganda (Multiple Correlations). Populasi dalam penelitian ini
adalah peserta didik Kelas VIII SMP 1 Cisitu sebanyak 65 peserta didik. Jumlah sampel
yang digunakan 30 sampel. Teknik sampel yang digunakan yaitu simpel purposive
sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuisioner motivasi
intrinsik, motivasi ekstrinsik dan Hasil Belajar Siswa Putri. Skor rata-rata motivasi intrinsik
22, itu menunjukkan bahwa mereka berada dalam kategori sedang. Skor rata-rata motivasi
ekstrinsik 36, itu menunjukkan bahwa mereka berada dalam kategori sedang. Skor rata-rata
skor Hasil Belajar Siswa Putri mereka 135, itu menunjukkan bahwa mereka berada dalam
kategori sedang. Dari hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa nilai sig. F change 0.000 <
0.05, maka hipotesis ketiga variabelnya berkorelasi. Berdasarkan nilai R koefisien korelasi
diperoleh 0.938. Artinya korelasi atau ada hubungan antara hubungan motivasi intrinsik dan
motivasi ekstrinsik dengan hasil belajar pjok siswa putri di SMP 1 Cisitu sangat kuat dan
signifikan. Jadi, penelitian memberikan pesan bahwa untuk mendapatkan hasil belajar yang
baik, siswa harus mengontrol motivasi intrinsik dan motivasi ekstrinsik mereka.

Indonesian University of Education, Bandung 2024. This study aims to determine the
relationship between intrinsic and extrinsic motivation with female students' physical
education learning outcomes at SMP 1 Cisitu. The method used in this study is the
correlation method with the type of multiple correlations (Multiple Correlations). The
population in this study were 65 students in Class VIII of SMP 1 Cisitu. The number of
samples used was 30 samples. The sampling technique used is simple purposive sampling.
The instruments used in this study were questionnaires on intrinsic motivation, extrinsic
motivation and student learning outcomes. The average score of intrinsic motivation was
22, indicating that they were in the moderate category. The average score of extrinsic
motivation was 36, indicating that they were in the moderate category. The average score
of their student learning outcomes was 135, indicating that they were in the moderate
category. From the results of data analysis, it shows that the sig. F change value is 0.000
<0.05, so the hypothesis of the three variables is correlated. Based on the R value, the
correlation coefficient is 0.938. This means that the correlation or relationship between the
relationship of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation with the physical education
learning outcomes of female students at SMP 1 Cisitu is very strong and significant. So,
the study provides a message that in order to get good learning outcomes, students must
control their intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation.
