Abstract

Hasil Belajar Siswa merupakan pencapaian kompetensi-kompetensi yang mencakup aspek keterampilan, sikap, dan nilai-nilai yang diwujudukan dalam kebiasaan berpikir dan bertindak. Berkaitan dengan hasil belajar siswa terdapat banyak factor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan siswa dalam siswa, baik dari dalam diri siswa maupun luar siswa. Faktor dari luar yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan siswa adalah guru, karena kemampuan guru dalam menguasai materi pelajaran merupakan factor yang paling utama dalam menentukan keberhasilan belajar siswa saat proses pembelajaran. Keberhasilan atau kegagalan suatu sekolah dalam menampilkan kinerjanya tergantung pada kualitas Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah. Dengan kemampuan manajerialnya kepala sekolah tentu bisa memberdayakan seluruh guru dan stafnya untuk mencapai visi yang telah di tetapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kinerja mengajar guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa di SMP Kabupaten Bogor, Penelitian ini dilaksanakan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Hasil penelitiannya adalah sebagai berikut: 1) Kinerja mengajar guru dipengaruhi oleh kepempinan kepala sekolah sebesar 24.7%. 2) Pengaruh kinerja mengajar guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa sebesar 18.1%. Semakin baik kualitas kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja mengajar guru, maka semakin baik pula hasil belajar siswa. Student Learning Outcomes are the achievement of competencies which include aspects of skills, attitudes and values which are manifested in habits of thinking and acting. In connection with student learning outcomes, there are many factors that influence student success, both from within the student and outside the student. The external factor that influences student success is the teacher, because the teacher's ability to master the subject matter is the most important factor in determining student learning success during the learning process. The success or failure of a school in displaying its performance depends on the quality of the Principal's Leadership. With his managerial abilities, the principal can certainly empower all teachers and staff to achieve the vision that has been set. This research aims to see how the principal's leadership and teacher's teaching performance influence student learning outcomes in Bogor Regency Middle Schools. This research was carried out using quantitative methods. The results of the research are as follows: 1) Teachers' teaching performance is influenced by the leadership of the school principal by 24.7%. 2) The influence of teacher teaching performance on student learning outcomes is 18.1%. The better the quality of the principal's leadership on the teacher's teaching performance, the better the student learning outcomes will be.
