Abstract
Pemasaran merupakan langkah strategis yang dilakukan suatu bisnis untuk membangun kepercayaan pelanggan sekaligus mempertahankan citra merek di pasar. Hal ini juga menjadi fokus Klinik Oxybaric Bintaro Center, penyedia layanan terapi oksigen hiperbarik (HBOT), yang selama ini masih memanfaatkan strategi pemasaran word-of-mouth dan penggunaan media sosial Facebook dan Instagram secara terbatas. Namun, pendekatan tersebut belum mampu mencapai potensi optimal untuk promosi dan pemasaran klinik. Oleh karena itu, klinik berupaya untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar, memperkuat branding serta edukasi tentang HBOT melalui pengembangan sebuah website. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan website Klinik Oxybaric Bintaro Center dengan mengintegrasikan metode Lean UX dan strategi pemasaran Relationship Marketing. Metode Lean UX diterapkan pada pendekatan untuk mempercepat pengembangan website sekaligus menerima umpan balik pengguna guna meminimalkan risiko. Sementara itu, strategi Relationship Marketing diintegrasikan ke dalam konten dan fitur website untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan pengguna dan mempermudah akses ke fitur utama. Evaluasi tingkat usabilitas dilakukan menggunakan kuisioner System Usability Scale (SUS) dan User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ), serta analisis efektivitas dan optimalisasi website berdasarkan pandangan ahli. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa website ini memiliki skor SUS rata-rata sebesar 82,5, yang berada dalam kategori "Excellent" dan "Acceptable". Selain itu, skor UEQ mencapai tingkat "Excellent" pada lima skala—Attractiveness, Perspicuity, Efficiency, Dependability, dan Stimulation—serta "Good" pada skala Novelty. Hasil ini menegaskan bahwa website yang dikembangkan telah memenuhi kebutuhan dan ekspektasi pengguna dengan kualitas yang sangat baik. Marketing is a strategic effort by a business to build customer trust and maintain brand reputation in the market. This is also the focus of Oxybaric Bintaro Center Clinic, which provides hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) services and has so far relied on word-of-mouth marketing strategies and limited use of social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. However, these approaches have not yet achieved optimal potential in promoting and marketing the clinic. Therefore, the clinic aims to expand its market reach, strengthen branding, and educate public about HBOT through the development of a website. This study aims to develop a website for Oxybaric Bintaro Center by integrating the Lean UX method and Relationship Marketing strategy. The Lean UX method is applied to accelerate the website development process while incorporating user feedback to minimize risks. In addition, Relationship Marketing strategy is integrated into the website’s content and features to enhance user engagement and facilitate easier access to the features. The usability of the website was evaluated using the System Usability Scale (SUS) and User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ), along with an analysis of the website’s effectiveness and optimization based on expert reviews. Test results revealed an average SUS score of 82.5, placing it in the "Excellent" and "Acceptable" categories. Additionally, the UEQ results showed an "Excellent" rating across five scales—Attractiveness, Perspicuity, Efficiency, Dependability, and Stimulation—and a "Good" rating for the Novelty scales. These results confirm that the developed website successfully meets user needs and expectations with a high level of quality.
