Abstract
Penelitian ini berfokus pada bagaimana gambaran dan strategi budaya kerja yang terjadi di tiga sekolah penelitian dengan studi komparasi (SMAIT Harapan Umat, MAN 2 Karawang dan SMAN 1 Telagasari). Metode penelitian menggunakan kualitatif dengan analisis data menggunakan aplikasi NVivo. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa gambaran kondisi budaya kerja pada masing-masing sekolah memiliki perbedaan pada kebijakan dan strategi yang diterapkan di sekolah berdasarkan temuan yang terjadi di lapangan. Seperti yang terjadi di SMAIT Harapan Umat, kondisi budaya kerja mengacu pada konsep P.O.W.E.R yang digagas oleh kepala sekolah beserta yayasan, yang terdiri dari akronim kata Adaptip, Optimis, Ukhuwwah, Sinergi dan Religius. Strategi yang digunakan kepala sekolah dalam peningkatan budaya kerja meliputi evaluasi, coaching personal, inovasi dan kolaborasi, serta motivasi. Sementara itu, gambaran kondisi budaya kerja yang terjadi di MAN 2 Karawang mengacu pada 5 nilai budaya kerja Kementrian Agama yang terdiri dari Integritas, Profesionalitas, Inovasi, Tanggung Jawab, dan Ketauladanan. Strategi yang digunakan dalam peningkatan budaya kerja di MAN 2 Karawang terdiri dari, inovasi, pembiasaan rutin, monitoring dan evaluasi, peningkatan kompetensi, serta peningkatan motivasi. Pada SMAN 1 Telagasari budaya kerja di sekolah menekankan pada kelancaran Komunikasi, Kolaborasi, Kedisplinan serta Profesionalisme Guru dalam peningkatan budaya kerja di sekolah. Strategi yang digunakan dalam peningkatan budaya kerja terdiri dari kedisiplinan, pengembangan kompetensi, monitoring dan evaluasi, inovasi dan kolaborasi, komunikasi, serta motivasi. Dengan adanya strategi yang digagas oleh pimpinan pada masing-masing sekolah, diharapkan kinerja guru dapat meningkat sehingga berpengaruh pada ketercapaian mutu pendidikan di sekolah. This study focuses on how the description and strategy of work culture that occurs in three research schools with a comparative study (SMAIT Harapan Umat, MAN 2 Karawang, and SMAN 1 Telagasari). The research method uses qualitative, data analysis using the NVivo application. The results show that the description of the work culture conditions in each school has differences in the policies implemented. As in SMAIT Harapan Umat, the work culture conditions refer to the P.O.W.E.R. concept initiated by the principal and foundation, which consists of the acronyms Adaptip, Optimistic, Ukhuwwah, Synergy, and Religious. The strategies used refer to work culture improvement strategies including evaluation, personal development, innovation and collaboration, and motivation. Then the description of the work culture conditions that occur in MAN 2 Karawang refers to the 5 values of the Ministry of Religion's work culture: Integrity, Professionalism, Innovation, Responsibility, and Exemplary. The strategies used in improving work culture in MAN 2 Karawang consist of innovation, routine habits, monitoring and evaluation, increasing competence, and increasing motivation. At SMAN 1 Telagasari, the work culture in the school is smooth communication, and collaboration, emphasizing discipline and teacher professionalism in improving the work culture in the school. Strategies used in improving the work culture consists of discipline, competency development, monitoring and evaluation, innovation and collaboration, communication, and motivation. With these strategies, it is expected that teacher performance can be improved so that it affects the achievement of the quality of education in schools.
