Abstract
Krisis kepercayaan terhadap integritas kepemimpinan meningkat tajam di Indonesia. Sejumlah skandal korupsi dan kontroversi etika yang melibatkan para pemimpin dan pejabat bangsa ini begitu massif terjadi. Pendidikan kepemimpinan, etika dan moral menjadi barang langka yang sangat dibutuhkan dan memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam membentuk karakter generasi mendatang. Seiring dengan perkembangan ini, untuk tetap dapat menjaga kualitas pendidikan yang baik, kebutuhan akan evaluasi dalam kurikulum menjadi prioritas utama yang harus dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi implementasi kurikulum leadership (kepemimpinan) di SMP Zamzam Syifa Boarding School, Depok. Kurikulum leadership merupakan seperangkat tujuan, rencana pembelajaran, strategi pembelajaran dan evaluasi yang dirancang untuk Pengembangkan keterampilan kepemimpinan dalam pembelajaran di sekolah. Dalam konteks kebijakan kurikulum yang selalu berubah, mulai dari Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan (KTSP), Kurikulum 2013 (K13), hingga penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka, menjadi alasan penting dilakukannya evaluasi kurikulum di Zamzam Syifa. Kebijakan Kurikulum Merdeka, yang memberikan lebih banyak kewenangan pada sekolah dalam merancang kurikulum, menuntut agar evaluasi dilakukan secara terus-menerus guna memastikan kualitas pendidikan yang dihasilkan sesuai dengan visi dan misi sekolah. Adanya kesenjangan antara Visi dan Misi kurikulum dengan hasil yang didapat mendorong peneliti untuk bisa berkontribusi melalui penelitian evaluasi kurikulum leadership ini. Dengan mendasarkan diri pada pemahaman mendalam akan pentingnya pendidikan kepemimpinan, penelitian ini menyajikan hasil evaluasi implementasi kurikulum leadership melalui model Evaluasi IPO (input, Process, Output) untuk membangun pemimpin yang religius, berkarakter dan berwawasan global. Pendekatan dan Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam (deep interview), observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil beberapa aspek yang perlu diperbaiki berasal dari komponen masukan (input) yaitu aspek guru leadership yang masih diperlu ditingkatkan lagi kompetensi pedagogiknya dan komponen proses (process), yaitu ketidaksesuaian kriteria terletak pada aspek perencanaan dan proses pembelajaran. Lagi-lagi ini berasal dari performa guru leadership dalam merancang pembelajaran dan melaksanakan proses kegiatan belajar mengajar (KBM) secara langsung, sedangkan pada komponen luaran (output) aspek hasil capaian belajar dan daftar prestasi murid dirasa sudah sesuai dengan yang diharapkan, walaupun masih bisa untuk terus untuk ditingkatkan lagi. The crisis of trust in the integrity of leadership has increased sharply in Indonesia. A number of corruption scandals and ethical controversies involving the leaders and officials of this nation have occurred massively. Leadership, ethics and moral education have become rare commodities that are very much needed and have a very important role in shaping the character of the next generation. Along with this development, in order to maintain the best quality of education, the need for evaluation in the curriculum has become a top priority that must be carried out. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the leadership curriculum at SMP Zamzam Syifa Boarding School, Depok. The leadership curriculum is a set of objectives, learning plans, learning strategies and evaluations designed to develop leadership skills in learning at school. In the context of the ever-changing curriculum policy, starting from the School Level Curriculum (KTSP), the 2013 Curriculum (K13), to the implementation of the Independent Curriculum, it is an important reason to conduct a curriculum evaluation at Zamzam Syifa. The Independent Curriculum policy, which gives schools more authority in designing the curriculum, demands that evaluations be carried out continuously to ensure the quality of education produced is in accordance with the school's vision and mission. The gap between the Vision and Mission of the curriculum and the results obtained encouraged researchers to contribute through this leadership curriculum evaluation research. Based on a deep understanding of the importance of leadership education, this study presents the results of the evaluation of the implementation of the leadership curriculum through the IPO Evaluation model (input, Process, Output) to build religious, character-based and globally-minded leaders. The research approach and method used is a qualitative method with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results of the study show the results of several aspects that need to be improved from the input component, namely the aspect of teacher leadership whose pedagogical competence still needs to be improved and the process component, namely the non-conformity of the criteria lies in the planning and learning process aspects. Again, this comes from the performance of teacher leadership in designing learning and implementing the teaching and learning process (KBM) directly, while in the output component, the aspect of learning achievement results and student achievement lists are considered to be in accordance with expectations, although they can still be improved.
