Abstract
Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Pembelajaran Terhadap Efektivitas Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Jenjang Sekolah Menengah Pertama se-Kota Cimahi”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan pembelajaran kepala sekolah terhadap efektivitas implementasi kurikulum merdeka jenjang Sekolah Menengah Pertama se-Kota Cimahi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, serta teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran angket atau kuesioner dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 70 orang. Hasil perhitungan Weight Means Score (WMS) menunjukkan bahwa kecenderungan umum untuk Kepemimpinan Pembelajaran termasuk ke dalam kategori sangat tinggi dengan skor 4,37 dan Efektivitas Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka termasuk ke dalam kategori sangat tinggi dengan skor 4,35. Hasil uji korelasi antara kedua variabel didapatkan nilai 0,752 dan termasuk pada kategori kuat. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa hubungan kedua variabel adalah berpengaruh, dengan hasil sebesar 56,6% dan sisanya 43,4% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Hasil persamaan dari regresi dari kedua variabel yaitu Y = 11,791 + 0,752X yang artinya setiap penambahan satu poin kepemimpinan pembelajaran dengan tingkat keberhasilan sebesar 11,791, maka akan meningkat pula efektivitas IKM sebesar 0,752. Selanjutnya, diperoleh dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 9,408>1,806, sehingga menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa kepemimpinan pembelajaran pengaruh positif dan signifikan dan positif terhadap efektivitas implementasi kurikulum merdeka pada Sekolah Menengah Pertama se-Kota Cimahi. This research is entitled "The Effect of Learning Leadership on the Effectiveness of Implementing the Independent Curriculum at the Junior High School Level in Cimahi City". The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of the principal's learning leadership on the effectiveness of the implementation of the independent curriculum at the Junior High School level in Cimahi City. The research method used is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach, and the data collection technique is done through distributing questionnaires or questionnaires with a sample size of 70 people. The results of the Weight Means Score (WMS) calculation show that the general tendency for Learning Leadership is included in the very high category with a score of 4.37 and the Effectiveness of Implementing the Independent Curriculum is included in the very high category with a score of 4.35. The correlation test results between the two variables obtained a value of 0.752 and were included in the strong category. The results of hypothesis testing show that the relationship between the two variables is influential, with a result of 56.6% and the remaining 43.4% is influenced by other factors. The result of the regression equation of the two variables is Y = 11.791 + 0.752X which means that for every additional one point of learning leadership with a success rate of 11.791, the effectiveness of of Implementing the Independent Curriculum will also increase by 0.752. Furthermore, it was obtained with a significance value of 9.408>1.806, resulting in the conclusion that learning leadership has a positive and significant and positive influence on the effectiveness of the implementation of the independent curriculum in Junior High Schools in Cimahi City.
