Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh subjective norm, behavioral control dan self regulated learning terhadap motivasi belajar siswa SMK Negeri Ekonomi dan Bisnis di Kota Bandung dengan attitude sebagai mediator. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskripsi dan kausalitas dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 370 siswa dengan menggunakan teknik sampling proporsional. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner disebar melalui google form. Uji validitas instrumen menggunakan korelasi product moment dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan cronbach alpha. Uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis data Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Penelitian ini memperoleh hasil variabel subjective norm, behavioral control, self regulated learning berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi belajar. Selain itu, attitude memediasi subjective norm, behavioral control dan self regulated learning terhadap motivasi belajar siswa SMK Negeri Ekonomi dan Bisnis di Kota Bandung. This study aims to determine the influence of subjective norm, behavioral control and self regulated learning on the learning motivation of Economics and Business State Vocational School students in Bandung City with attitude as a mediator. This research uses description and causality methods with a quantitative approach. The sample of this study consisted of 370 students using proportional sampling technique. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire distributed via google form. Instrument validity test using product moment correlation and reliability test using Cronbach’ Alpha. Hypothesis testing using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) data analysis. This study obtained the results of subjective norm variabels, behavioral control, self regulated learning have a positive effect on learning motivation. In addition, attitude mediates subjective norm, behavioral control and self regulated learning on the learning motivation of students of State Economic and Business Vocational School in Bandung City.
