Abstract
ABSTRAK PENERAPAN METODE ROLE PLAYING DALAM PEMBELAJARAN IPS UNTUK MENGATASI PERILAKU BULLYING DI KELAS VII-B SEKOLAH MENENGAH PERTAMA PGRI 10 BANDUNG Oleh: Alisya Gymnastiar (2005033) Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh permasalahan yang ditemukan yaitu permasalahan bullying yang sering terjadi di lingkungan sekolah atau masyarakat. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari beberapa peserta didik yang mengalami tindakan bullying, baik itu laki-laki atau perempuan. Sudah banyak kasus bullying yang terjadi dimulai dari sekolah dasar bahkan sampai sekolah menengah atas. Perilaku bullying tersebut memiliki dampak yang besar baik bagi korban maupun pelaku. Dampak tersebut bisa menyebabkan korban mengalami trauma dan tidak bisa bersosialisasi dengan orang lain. Melihat permasalahan tersebut, peneliti memutuskan untuk menerapkan metode role playing untuk mengatasi perilaku bullying di sekolah menengah pertama PGRI 10 Bandung melalui pembelajaran IPS yang berhubungan dengan nilai dan norma.. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas metode role playing dalam pembelajaran IPS dalam mengatasi perilaku bullying. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Sampel penelitian ini yaitu peserta didik SMP PGRI 10 Bandung kelas 7B dengan jumlah 5 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan mengungkapkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan dengan kategori baik terlihat dari hasil observasi sikap yang dilakukan oleh peneliti. Setiap pertemuan terdapat perubahan sikap yang signifikan ke arah yang lebih baik. Sudah tidak ada lagi peserta didik yang melakukan tindakan bullying. This can be seen from several students who experience bullying, whether male or female. There have been many cases of bullying that have occurred starting from elementary school and even up to high school. This bullying behavior has a big impact on both the victim and the perpetrator. This impact can cause victims to experience trauma and be unable to socialize with other people. Seeing this problem, the researcher decided to apply the role playing method to overcome bullying behavior at PGRI 10 Bandung junior high school through social studies learning related to values and norms. The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of the role playing method in social studies learning in overcoming behavior. bullying. This research design uses descriptive qualitative research. The research method used is a qualitative method. The sample for this research is students from SMP PGRI 10 Bandung class 7B with a total of 5 students. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research carried out revealed that there was an increase in the good category as seen from the results of attitude observations carried out by researchers. Every meeting there is a significant change in attitude for the better. There are no longer any students who carry out bullying actions. Keywords: Role Playing, Bullying
