Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji strategi pemberdayaan guru melalui kegiatan pengembangan diri (self development) dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di SD IT Kharisma Darussalam. Penelitian ini melibatkan 8 responden, dengan pengumpulan data yang dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak Nvivo 12 untuk analisis kualitatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara, studi dokumentasi, dan observasi terhadap kepala sekolah serta para guru sebagai informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemberdayaan guru melalui program pengembangan diri terdiri dari beberapa tahapan krusial. Tahapan perencanaan awal melibatkan penetapan tujuan yang jelas untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Strategi pemberdayaan guru melalui kegiatan pengembangan diri di SD IT Kharisma Darussalam menunjukkan pencapaian yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan, meskipun terdapat beberapa hambatan yang dihadapi. Untuk mengatasi hambatan tersebut, SD IT Kharisma Darussalam dapat meningkatkan konsistensi dukungan dari kepala sekolah, mengembangkan strategi motivasi yang lebih personal dan terfokus, serta mengoptimalkan penggunaan sumber daya yang ada dengan lebih efisien. This research examines teacher empowerment strategies through self-development activities in improving the quality of education at SD IT Kharisma Darussalam. This research involved 8 respondents, with data collection carried out using Nvivo 12 software for qualitative analysis. The research method used was descriptive with a qualitative approach through interviews, documentation studies, and observations of school principals and teachers as informants. The research results show that the teacher empowerment strategy through a self-development program consists of several crucial stages. The initial planning stage involves setting clear goals for improving the quality of education. The teacher empowerment strategy through self-development activities at SD IT Kharisma Darussalam shows significant achievements in improving the quality of education, even though there are several obstacles faced. To overcome these obstacles, SD IT Kharisma Darussalam can increase the consistency of support from the school principal, develop more personalized and focused motivation strategies, and optimize the use of existing resources more efficiently.
