Abstract

Keterampilan dalam mengajar perlu dimiliki oleh seorang guru untuk menunjang keberjalanan proses mengajar, bagi mahasiswa calon guru keterampilan mengajar telah dipelajari dalam pembelajaran microteaching. Keterampilan mengajar kemudian diterapkan secara langsung di lapangan oleh mahasiswa melalui praktik mengajar lapangan dalam program penguatan profesional kependidikan (P3K). penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui keterampilan mengajar mahasiswa pendidikan teknologi agroindustri pada Program Penguatan Profesional Kependidikan di SMKN 1 Kuningan, (2) mengetahui keterampilan mengajar mahasiswa pendidikan teknologi agroindustri pada Program Penguatan Profesional Kependidikan di SMKN 1 Leuwiliang, (3) mengetahui perbedaan keterampilan mengajar mahasiswa dalam Program Penguatan Profesional Kependidikan di SMKN 1 Kuningan dan SMKN 1 Leuwiliang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan wawancara bersama 9 guru pamong sebagai nara sumber dan 12 mahasiswa praktikan P3K sebagai objek penilaian. Berdasarkan data yang dihasilkan (1) mahasiswa praktikan P3K di SMKN 1 Kuningan mampu melakukan keterampilan mengajar dan memiliki kelebihan dalam keterampilan mengajar kelompok kecil dan perseorangan, (2) mahasiswa praktikan P3K di SMKN 1 Leuwiliang mampu melakukan keterampilan mengajar dan memiliki kelebihan dalam keterampilan keterampilan memberikan penguatan dan keterampilan membimbing diskusi kelompok kecil, (3) perbedaan keterampilan mengajar mahasiswa di kedua sekolah tersebut terdapat pada kelebihan dan kekurangan dalam salah satu aspek keterampilan mengajar. Teaching skills need to be possessed by a teacher to support the progress of the teaching process. Prospective teacher students acquire these skills through microteaching sessions and field teaching practice as part of the educational professional strengthening program (P3K). This research aims to (1) determine the teaching skills of agro-industrial technology education students at the Education Professional Strengthening Program at SMKN 1 Kuningan, (2) determine the teaching skills of agro-industrial technology education students at the Education Professional Strengthening Program at SMKN 1 Leuwiliang, (3) determine the differences in skills teaching students in the Educational Professional Strengthening Program at SMKN 1 Kuningan and SMKN 1 Leuwiliang. This research used a qualitative descriptive method and involved interviews with 9 civil service teachers as resource persons and 12 first aid students as assessment objects. Based on the data produced (1) students practicing first aid at SMKN 1 Kuningan are able to carry out teaching skills and have advantages in small group and individual teaching skills, (2) students practicing first aid at SMKN 1 Leuwiliang are able to carry out teaching skills and have advantages in teaching skills. strengthening and skills in guiding small group discussions, (3) differences in the teaching skills of students at the two schools are found in the strengths and weaknesses in one aspect of teaching skills.
