Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah program ekstrakurikuler olahraga dapat digunakan mengembangkan life skills, bagaimana cara yang efektif untuk mengembangkan life skills melalui olahraga dan menghubungkan bagaimana pengembangan life skills terhadap klasifikasi cabang olahraga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode systematic literature review dengan menggunakan: (1) identifikasi jurnal yang akan digunakan (2) seleksi yaitu penilaian terhadap kualitas laporan penelitian, (3) berupa kuantifikasi hasil setiap kajian untuk digabungkan, dan (4) analisis yaitu penggabungan dan pelaporan hasil. Sebanyak 241 artikel yang ditemukan sesuai kata kemudian dilakukan skrining, Hasil artikel yang didapatkan sebanyak 65 artikel kemudian ditinjau hasil penelitiannya yang sesuai untuk menjawab pertanyaan penelitian penulis serta dilakukan assessment kualitas artikel, ada beberapa artikel yang dihilangkan karena tidak sesuai dengan kualitas dan kriteria. Sehingga didapatkan sebanyak 35 jurnal full text yang dilakukan review dalam penelitian ini. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa ekstrakurikuler olahraga dapat digunakan untuk mengembangkan life skill dalam rangka positive youth development, pengembangan life skills dalam olahraga dapat dilakukan secara terstruktur dan tidak terstruktur tetapi pengembangan life skills secara terstruktur lebih baik daripada yang tidak terstruktur dan berbagai klasifikasi cabang olahraga dapat meningkatkan 8 komponen life skills yaitu yaitu teamwork, goal setting, time management, emotional skills, interpersonal communication, social skills, leadership, serta problem solving and decision making skills. The purpose of this study was to determine whether extracurricular sports programs can be used to develop life skills, how to effectively develop life skills through sports and relate how life skills development is related to the classification of sports. This study uses a systematic literature review method using: (1) identification of journals to be used (2) selection, namely an assessment of the quality of research reports, (3) in the form of quantification of the results of each study to be combined, and (4) analysis, namely the combination and reporting of results. A total of 241 articles were found according to the words then screened, the results of the articles obtained were 65 articles then reviewed the research results that were appropriate to answer the author's research questions and an assessment of the quality of the articles was carried out, there were several articles that were removed because they did not match the quality and criteria. So that 35 full text journals were obtained which were reviewed in this study. The findings show that extracurricular sports can be used to develop life skills in the context of positive youth development, the development of life skills in sports can be done in a structured and unstructured manner, but the development of structured life skills is better than unstructured ones and various classifications of sports can improve 8 components of life skills, namely teamwork, goal setting, time management, emotional skills, interpersonal communication, social skills, leadership, and problem solving and decision making skills.
