Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi permasalahan kurangnya kemampuan kerja sama pada anak usia dini di PAUD Kencana Bandung. Observasi awal menunjukan sebagian besar anak usia kelas B mengalami kesulitan dalam berbagi mainan, berkomunikasi efektif dengan teman sebayanya, kurangnya saling tolong menolong dan kurangnya terlibat dalam kegiatan kelompok. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kerja sama anak. Melalui implementasi pembelajaran bermain peran makro. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan desain penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian adalah 15 orang anak di kelas B PAUD Kencana. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, hasil penelitian menunjukan peningkatkan secara optimal dalam kemampuan kerja sama anak. Pada pra siklus hanya beberapa orang yang menunjukan kemampuan kerja sama yang baik. Setelah implementasi pembelajaran bermain peran makro terdapat peningkatkan yang cukup optimal. Pada siklus I terlihat anak-anak sudah meningkatkan terhadap aspek kemampuan kerja sama yang baik seperti kemampuan berbagi peran dengan teman, menolong teman membawakan alat dan bahan pembelajaran secara Bersama-sama, bekerja sama dalam berjualan. Pada siklus II peningkatkan terlihat kepada anak-anak yang masih kurang percaya diri Ketika pembelajaran bermain peran anak sudah mampu meningkatkan kemampuan kerja samanya, membantu teman Ketika pembelajaran Bersama, mampu bertanggung jawab, saling tolong menolong serta dapat bekerja sama Bersama antar anak. Implementasi pembelajaran bermain peran makro dilakukan peran makro dilakukan dengan tema “Pasar Tradisional” melalui tema- tema yang dekat dengan kehidupan anak. Anak-anak diberikan kesempatan untuk memerankan berbagai profesi yang mendorong mereka untuk berinteraksi, berkomunikasi, dan bekerja sama dalam menyelesaikan tugas-tugas yang diberikan. This research is motivated by the problem of lack of cooperation skills in early childhood in PAUD Kencana Bandung. Initial observations showed that most children in class B had difficulty in sharing toys, communicating effectively with their peers, lack of mutual assistance and lack of involvement in group activities. The purpose of this study was to improve children's cooperation skills. Through the implementation of macro role-playing learning. This study used the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method with a descriptive qualitative research design. The subjects of the study were 15 children in class B PAUD Kencana. The study was conducted in two cycles, the results of the study showed an optimal increase in children's cooperation skills. In the pre-cycle only a few people showed good cooperation skills. After the implementation of macro role-playing learning there was a fairly optimal increase. In cycle I, it was seen that children had improved aspects of good cooperation skills such as the ability to share roles with friends, help friends carry tools and learning materials together, and work together in selling. In cycle II, improvements were seen in children who were still lacking in confidence. When learning to play roles, children were able to improve their cooperative skills, help friends. When learning together, they were able to take responsibility, help each other and work together between children. Implementation of macro role-playing learning was carried out with the theme "Traditional Market" through themes that are close to children's lives. Children were given the opportunity to play various professions that encouraged them to interact, communicate, and work together in completing the tasks given.
