Abstract
Minat berwirausaha dikalangan siswa SMK merupakan isu penting ditengah banyaknya lulusan SMK yang menjadi penyumbang pengangguran terbanyak. Salah satu cara untuk mengatasi masalah pengangguran dan meningkatkan perekonomian Indonesia dengan meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya berwirausaha. Lulusan SMK perlu memiliki minat pada kewirausahaan, yang sejalan dengan program pemerintah untuk menciptakan wirausaha baru. Melalui pendekatan Theory of Planned Behaviour, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh antara prediktor minat berwirausaha seperti Teaching Factory, serta bagaimana Efikasi Diri dan Gender memoderasi pengaruh tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu survey explanatory dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner yang disebar kepada 142 siswa SMK Negeri di Kota Cirebon. Data yang sudah terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan PLS-SEM menggunakan aplikasi program Smart-PLS 3. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1). Terdapat pengaruh positif Teaching Factory terhadap minat berwirausaha; 2). Efikasi Diri tidak memoderasi hubungan antara teaching factory terhadap minat berwirausaha; 3) gender tidak memoderasi hubungan antara Teaching Factory terhadap minat berwirausaha. Adapun saran pada penelitian ini adalah pada variabel teaching factory siswa harus meningkatkan sense of bussines, pada variabel Efikasi diri siswa harus meningkatkan strength, pada variabel minat berwirausaha siswa perlu meningkatkan plans, dan variabel gender tidak ada perbedaan antara laki-laki dan perempuan dalam pembentukan minat berwirausaha sehingga tidak perlu perlakuan khusus dari sisi gender. Entrepreneurial interest among vocational student is an important issue in of the large number of vocational graduates who are the largest contributor to unemployment. One way to overcome unemployment and improve Indonesia’s economy is to raise awarness of the importance of entrepreunership. Vocational school graduates, need to be interested in entrepreunership. Using the Theory of Planned Behaviour, this study aimed to explore the relationship between predictors of entrepreneurial interest such as Teaching Factory to entrepreneurial interest, as well as how self efficacy Iand gender moderate the relationship. . The research method used was an explanatory survey with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires distributed to 143 class XII students at State Vocational High School in Cirebon City. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using PLS-SEM using the Smart-PLS program application. Based on the research results, it shows that 1). Teaching Factory has a positive influence on interest in entrepreneurship; 2) Self Efficacy not moderated the relationship between Teaching Factory and entrepreneur interest; 3) Gender not moderated the relationship between Teaching Factory and entrepreneur interest. The suggestion in this research are that in the teaching factory variable, students must increase sense of bussines; in the self efficacy variabel, students must increase strength indicator; in the entrepreunership interest variable, student must increase plan indicator; and in the gender there is no difference between men and women in the formation of entrepreneurial interest, so there is no need for special treatment in terms of gender .
