Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan secara analitis proses pembelajaran berdasarkan pedagogik Paulo Freire, penelitian difokuskan pada komponen pedagogik Paulo Freire yang diterapkan dalam pembelajaran dasar dasar teknik komputer jaringan dan telekomunikasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif analisis. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumen. Hasil penelitian “Analisis Pedagogik Paulo Freire dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar teknik komputer jaringan dan telekomunikasi di SMK Nur Syafi’il Ummah”, Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pedagogik Freire dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran, mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kritis, dan meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi ajar. Namun, penelitian ini juga menemukan beberapa kendala, seperti kurangnya pelatihan guru dalam menerapkan metode pengajaran berbasis dialog dan minimnya pemanfaatan metode evaluasi yang melibatkan siswa secara aktif. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pelatihan lebih lanjut bagi guru tentang pedagogik Freire, serta pengembangan strategi evaluasi yang lebih partisipatif dan reflektif. Temuan penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan praktik pendidikan di SMK Nur Syafi'il Ummah, serta memberikan wawasan baru bagi peneliti dan praktisi pendidikan tentang pentingnya pendekatan pedagogik yang humanistik dan dialogis dalam pendidikan kejuruan. This study aims to analytically describe the learning process based on Paulo Freire's pedagogy, focusing on the pedagogical components applied in teaching the fundamentals of computer networking and telecommunications. A qualitative approach with descriptive analysis methods was used in the study. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and document analysis. The study, titled "Analysis of Paulo Freire's Pedagogy in Improving Learning Outcomes in Computer Networking and Telecommunications at SMK Nur Syafi'il Ummah," found that the application of Freire's pedagogy can enhance student engagement in the learning process, develop critical thinking skills, and improve students' understanding of the subject matter. However, the study also identified several challenges, such as the lack of teacher training in applying dialogic teaching methods and the limited use of assessment methods that actively involve students. The study recommends further training for teachers on Freire's pedagogy and the development of more participatory and reflective evaluation strategies. The findings of this study are expected to contribute to the development of educational practices at SMK Nur Syafi'il Ummah and provide new insights for researchers and education practitioners on the importance of a humanistic and dialogic pedagogical approach in vocational education.
