Abstract

Kebijakan pendidikan Indonesia tertuang dalam kurikulum yang diberlakukan secara nasional. Perilaku inovatif bagi guru pada impelemtasi kurikulum merdeka menjadi bagian yang tidak terpisahkan.Dengan segala programnya guru penggerak dituntut untuk memiliki perilaku inovatif.Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model teacher leadership terhadap perilaku inovatif, pengaruh perilaku inovatif terhadap implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka, dan pengaruh model teacher leadership terhadap implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka guru penggerak di Kota Bandung. Metode penelitian yang mix methode embedded correlation model merupakan korelasi model data kuantitatif dengan kualitatif.Data kuantitatif yang dapat digunakan untuk menggeneralisasikan dan data kualitatif yang dapat digunakan untuk menjelaskan konteksnya. Instrumen penelitian disebarkan secara online kepada guru penggerak Kota Bandung sebanyak 100 orang untuk pengolahan data kuantitatif.Sebanyak 5 responden untuk data kualitatif terdiri dari 3 guru, 1 rekan sekaligus fasilitator dan 1 kepala sekolah di sekolah penggerak.Data kuantitatif diolah menggunakan Smart PLS 3 dan untuk pengolahan data kualitatif menggunakan Quirkos.Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh pengaruh model teacher leadership terhadap perilaku inovatif memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dengan nilai R-Square 64% (kategori moderat), pengaruh perilaku inovatif terhadap IKM memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dengan nilai R-Square 60% (kategori moderat), dan pengaruh model teacher leadership terhadap implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dengan nilai R-Square 53% (kategori moderat) guru penggerak di Kota Bandung. Pada dimensi idea promotion dan idea realization memiliki nilai R-Square 88% (kategori kuat). Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh teacher leadership terhadap perilaku inovatif dalam IKM guru penggerak Kota Bandung kategori sedang atau moderat dan dimensi perilaku inovatif kategori kuat atau tinggi. ---------- Indonesia's education policy is contained in a nationally enforced curriculum. Innovative behaviour for teachers in implementing the independent curriculum is an inseparable part. With all its programs, driving teachers are required to have innovative behaviour. This study aims to determine the effect of the teacher leadership model on innovative behaviour, the effect of innovative behaviour on the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum, and the effect of the teacher leadership model on the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum for driving teachers in Bandung City. The research method mix method Embedded Correlation Model is a correlation of quantitative and qualitative data models. Quantitative data that can be used to generalise and qualitative data that can be used to explain the context. The research instrument was distributed online to 100 Bandung City driving teachers for quantitative data processing. A total of 5 respondents for qualitative data consisted of 3 teachers, 1 colleague, as well as a facilitator and 1 principal at the driving school. Quantitative data is processed using Smart PLS 3 and for qualitative data is processed using Quirkos. The results of data processing show that the effect of the teacher leadership model on innovative behaviour has a significant effect with an R-Square value of 64% (moderate category), the effect of innovative behaviour on IKM has a significant effect with an R-Square value of 60% (moderate category), and the effect of the teacher leadership model on the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum has a significant effect with an R-Square value of 53% (moderate category) driving teachers in Bandung City. In the dimensions of idea promotion and idea realization, the R-Square value is 88% (strong category). This shows that the influence of teacher leadership on innovative behaviour in the SMI of the driving teachers in Bandung City is in the moderate or moderate category and the dimensions of innovative behaviour are in the strong or high category.
