Abstract
ABSTRAK PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN BELAJAR TERHADAP KEAKTIFAN BELAJAR SISWA ELEMEN KOMUNIKASI DI TEMPAT KERJA Keberhasilan proses pembelajaran dapat dilihat melalui keaktifan belajar para siswa selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung. Adapun faktor penting yang mempengaruhi siswa aktif dalam proses pembelajaran yaitu lingkungan belajar. Skripsi ini menyajikan hasil penelitian yang ditujukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari lingkungan belajar terhadap keaktifan belajar siswa fase F elemen komunikasi di tempat kerja kompetensi manajemen perkantoran dan layanan bisnis (MPLB) SMK Bina Wisata Lembang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah explanatory survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui penyebaran angket kepada 105 siswa fase F MPLB. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil analisis statistik deskriptif menunjukan variabel lingkungan belajar berada pada kategori cukup kondusif, dan variabel keaktifan belajar siswa berada pada kategori sedang. Adapun analisis statistik inferensial menunjukan bahwa variabel lingkungan belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keaktifan belajar siswa. Akan tetapi indikator kognitif pada variabel lingkungan belajar ditingkatkan karena memiliki nilai terendah. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan ialah dengan meningkatkan pemahaman terhadap setiap karakteristik psikologis siswa. ABSTRACT THE INFLUENCE OF THE LEARNING ENVIRONMENT ON STUDENTS' LEARNING ACTIVITY COMMUNICATION ELEMENTS IN THE WORKPLACE The success of the learning process can be seen through the active learning of students during the learning process. The important factor that affects students who are active in the learning process is the learning environment. This thesis presents the results of research aimed at determining the influence of the learning environment on the learning activity of phase F students of the communication element in the workplace of office management competencies and business services (MPLB) of SMK Bina Wisata Lembang. The research method used in this study is an explanatory survey with a quantitative approach. The research data was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to 105 students of the MPLB F phase. The data was analyzed using descriptive and inferential analysis. The results of descriptive statistical analysis showed that the learning environment variable was in the category of quite conducive, and the variable of student learning activity was in the medium category. The analysis of inferential statistics shows that the variables of the learning environment have a positive and significant effect on student learning activity. However, cognitive indicators on the learning environment variable were improved because they had the lowest score. Efforts that can be made are to increase understanding of each psychological characteristic of students.
