Abstract
Kurangnya disiplin siswa, seperti keterlambatan, ketidakpatuhan terhadap aturan, dan kurangnya partisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan sekolah, menjadi permasalahan yang dihadapi di SMAIT Raudhatul Jannah Cilegon. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, sekolah telah menerapkan program Sport Time secara rutin, yang diharapkan dapat membentuk kebiasaan positif melalui kegiatan olahraga dan berkontribusi pada pembentukan karakter disiplin. Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh pembiasaan Sport Time terhadap pembentukan karakter disiplin siswa di SMAIT Raudhatul Jannah Cilegon. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menggambarkan karakter disiplin yang berkembang pada siswa melalui partisipasi dalam kegiatan Sport Time. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebar kepada 222 siswa sebagai sampel. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji korelasi Pearson. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara pembiasaan Sport Time dan pembentukan karakter disiplin siswa. Nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,67 (p < 0,05) menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi intensitas partisipasi siswa dalam Sport Time, semakin tinggi pula tingkat karakter disiplin mereka. Berdasarkan penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembiasaan Sport Time memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pembentukan karakter disiplin siswa di SMAIT Raudhatul Jannah Cilegon. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa program Sport Time dapat menjadi salah satu strategi efektif dalam meningkatkan karakter disiplin siswa. To overcome this, the school has implemented the Sport Time program regularly, which is expected to form positive habits through sports activities and contribute to the formation of disciplined character. This research examines the influence of Sport Time habituation on the formation of students' disciplined character at SMAIT Raudhatul Jannah Cilegon. This research aims to identify and describe the discipline character that develops in students through participation in Sport Time activities. The research method used is quantitative with a correlational approach. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 222 students as a sample. Data analysis was carried out using the Pearson correlation test. The results of the research show that there is a positive and significant relationship between the habit of Sport Time and the formation of students' disciplined character. The correlation coefficient value of 0.67 (p < 0.05) indicates that the higher the intensity of students' participation in Sport Time, the higher their level of discipline character. Based on this research, it can be concluded that the habit of Sport Time has a significant influence on the formation of students' disciplined character at SMAIT Raudhatul Jannah Cilegon. This shows that the Sport Time program can be an effective strategy in improving students' disciplined character.
