Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian yang mengkaji mengenai Efektivitas Penerapan Program Pelatihan Bagi Trainer TAS Crew di PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas program pelatihan menggunakan lima kriteria efektivitas yang disampaikan oleh Gomes (2003). Lima kriteria yang disampaikan oleh Gomes (2003) terdiri dari reaksi (reaction) yang berfokus kepada pendapat dari partisipan program pelatihan terkait keseluruhan program yang berlangsung, pembelajaran (learning) berfokus kepada sejauh mana penguasaan dan daya serap peserta terkait materi maupun metode yang digunakan, perilaku (behaviour) berfokus kepada sikap dan sosialisasi peserta selama program pelatihan, hasil (result) berfokus pada pencapaian peserta pasca program pelatihan, dan efektivitas biaya (cost effectivity) berfokus pada biaya yang digunakan program pelatihan. Penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan metode deksriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, studi dokumentasi, dan observasi. Partisipan penelitian terdiri dari peserta dan tim pelaksana program pelatihan PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk. Berdasarkan hasil Penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa efektivitas pelatihan melalui lima kriteria yang dikemukakan oleh Gomes yaitu, reaksi (reaction), pembelajaran (learning), perilaku (behaviour), hasil (result), dan efektivitas biaya (cost effectivity) menunjukkan secara keseluruhan efektivitas program pelatihan tersebut cukup efektif dimana setiap kriteria memberikan dampak baik kepada peserta dan tim pelaksana program pelatihan. Kemudian terdapat tiga faktor internal yang dapat menjadi penghambat efektivitas program pelatihan di PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk, yaitu melalui jumlah peserta yang cukup banyak, persiapan equipment, dan kesiapan trainer. Upaya yang perlu dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas program pelatihan di PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk berupa variasi praktik dan optimalisasi durasi, penambahan format penilaian peserta dan pasca program pelatihan, awareness trainer, dan persiapan equipment yang dibutuhkan selama program pelatihan. Kata kunci: Efektivitas, Program pelatihan, Trainer. ABSTRACT This research examines the effectiveness of the application of training programs for TAS Crew’s trainer at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk. This research aims to know about the effectiveness of the training programs using five criteria submitted by Gomes (2003). The five criteria presented by Gomes (2003) consist of a reaction that focuses on the opinion of the participants of the training program related to the overall program that takes place, learning focuses on the extent to which the mastery and absorption of the participants related to the material and methods used, behaviour focuses on the attitude and socialization of the participants during the training program, result focuses on the achievement of the participants after the training program, and cost effectiveness focuses on the costs used by training programs. The research conducted using a descriptive method with a qualitative approach through data collection techniques with interviews, documentation studies and observation. The research participant consisted of training’s participants and the team of PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that the effectiveness of training through five criteria put forward by Gomes, reaction, learning, behavior, results, and cost effectiveness shows the overall effectiveness of the training program is quite effective where each criterion has an impact on both the participants and the training program implementation team. Then there are three internal factors that can reduce the effectiveness of training programs at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk, is through a considerable number of participants, equipment preparation, and trainer readiness. Efforts that need to be developed to improve the effectiveness of training programs at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk. in the form of variations in practice and optimization of duration, addition of participant and post-training assessment format, awareness trainer, and preparation of equipment needed during the training program.
