Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Program Kampus Mengajar terhadap kompetensi pedagogik mahasiswa calon guru, khususnya pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Manajemen Perkantoran. Kompetensi pedagogik mencakup kemampuan untuk merencanakan, melaksanakan, dan mengevaluasi proses pembelajaran secara efektif. Program Kampus Mengajar dirancang untuk memberikan mahasiswa calon guru pengalaman praktis dalam mengajar di sekolah sekolah, memungkinkan mereka untuk mengaplikasikan teori-teori pendidikan yang telah dipelajari di kelas dan mengembangkan keterampilan mengajar yang relevan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada mahasiswa Pendidikan Manajemen Perkantoran yang telah mengikuti Program Kampus Mengajar. Hasil penelitian membahas mengenai efektivitas Program Kampus Mengajar dan tingkat kompetensi pedaogogik yang dimiliki oleh mahasiswa Pendidikan Manajemen Perkantoran, dengan hasil akhir menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara partisipasi dalam Program Kampus Mengajar dengan peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik mahasiswa calon guru. Mahasiswa yang mengikuti program ini menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan dalam merencanakan, melaksanakan, dan mengevaluasi proses pembelajaran. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa Program Kampus Mengajar efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik mahasiswa calon guru. Dengan demikian, program ini dapat menjadi salah satu solusi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan calon guru di Indonesia. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperluas cakupan Program Kampus Mengajar dan meningkatkan kualitas pelatihan yang diberikan kepada peserta program. This study aims to analyze the effect of the Teaching Campus Program on the pedagogical competence of prospective teacher students, especially in Office Management Education students. Pedagogical competence includes the ability to plan, implement, and evaluate the learning process effectively. The Teaching Campus Program is designed to provide student teachers with practical experience in teaching in schools, allowing them to apply the educational theories they have learned in the classroom and develop relevant teaching skills. The research method used was quantitative with a survey approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to Office Management Education students who had participated in the Teaching Campus Program. The results of the study discuss the effectiveness of the Teaching Campus Program and the level of pedagogical competence possessed by Office Management Education students, with the final results showing that there is a positive and significant influence between participation in the Teaching Campus Program and increasing the pedagogical competence of prospective teacher students. Students who participated in this program showed an increase in their ability to plan, implement, and evaluate the learning process. The conclusion of this study is that the Teaching Campus Program is effective in improving the pedagogical competence of prospective student teachers. Thus, this program can be one of the solutions to improve the quality of prospective teacher education in Indonesia. Recommendations from this study are to expand the scope of the Teaching Campus Program and improve the quality of training provided to program participants.
