Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi banyaknya siswa yang mengalami krisis psikologis salah satunya adalah stres akademik. Kondisi tersebut menyebabkan dampak negatif terhadap proses pembelajaran dan hasil belajar. Salah satu upaya dalam mengatasi hal tersebut adalah mengintervensikan aspek psikologis ke dalam pembelajaran kelas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh intervensi psikologis pada pembelajaran Biologi dengan menggunakan Teknik Inquiry Based Stress-Reduction terhadap stres yang dialami siswa serta pengaruh pada kesulitan belajar, kecemasan kognitif, student well-being dan kemampuan penguasaan konsep siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain quasi experimental dengan tipe pre-test post-test nonequivalent control group design. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket berskala 1-8 untuk mengetahui kesulitan belajar siswa, kecemasan kognitif siswa dan student well-being dan pilihan ganda asosiasi serta soal uraian untuk mengetahui kemampuan penguasaan konsep pada materi sistem ekskresi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI di salah satu Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri Kota Cimahi. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 68 siswa. Hasil temuan pada penelitian ini adalah intervensi Teknik Inquiry Based Stress-Reduction pada pembelajaran Biologi mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kesulitan belajar dan kecemasan kognitif serta dapat meningkatkan kemampuan penguasaan konsep siswa. Intervensi Teknik Inquiry Based Stress-Reduction tidak berpengaruh terhadap student well-being. Implikasi dari penelitian ini diharapkan guru dapat menerapkan inovasi pembelajaran menggunakan Teknik Inquiry Based Stress-Reduction dalam pembelajaran agar proses pembelajaran menjadi efektif dan efisien. This research is motivated by the large number of students experiencing psychological crises, one of which is academic stress. This condition causes a negative impact on the learning process and learning outcomes. One effort to overcome this is to intervene in psychological aspects into classroom learning. This research aims to analyze the effect of psychological intervention in Biology learning using the Inquiry Based Stress-Reduction Technique on the stress experienced by students as well as the effect on learning difficulties, cognitive anxiety, student well-being and students' ability to master concepts. This research uses a quasi-experimental design with a pre-test and post-test nonequivalent control group design type. The data collection technique uses a 1-8 scale questionnaire to determine students' learning difficulties, students' cognitive anxiety and student well-being and multiplechoice associations as well as essay questions to determine the ability to master concepts in the excretory system material. The population of this study was class XI students at one of the Cimahi City Senior High Schools. The sample in this study was 68 students. The research results show that the Inquiry Based Stress-Reduction Technique intervention in Biology learning has an influence on students' learning difficulties and anxiety and can improve students' ability to master concepts. The Inquiry Based Stress-Reduction Technique intervention had no effect on student well-being. The implication of this research is that it is hoped that teachers can apply learning innovations using Inquiry Based Stress-Reduction techniques in learning so that the learning process becomes effective and efficient.
