Abstract

Berdasarkan pendapat yang disampaikan oleh guru mata pelajaran Humas dan Keprotokolan di SMK Binawisata Lembang, faktor pertama yang mempengaruhi minat belajar siswa adalah keterbatasan dalam kompetensi pedagogik guru yang mengajar mata pelajaran tersebut. Menurut Hijrah, Amran AR, & Ramli (2022) Minat belajar siswa merupakan elemen penting dalam kelancaran proses belajar mengajar. Siswa yang menunjukkan minat belajar yang tinggi cenderung dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran secara keseluruhan. Metode explanatory survey ini digunakan peneliti dengan cara menyebarkan angket untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat dari ketiga variabel mengenai variabel pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik guru (X1), kompetensi sosial variabel (X2), minat belajar siswa variabel (Y) dengan teknik pengambilan sampel probability sampling; simple random sampling sebanyak 52 responden dari populasi sebanyak 110 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Normalitas P-Plot, Uji Multikoleniaritas, Uji Heteroskedastisitas, Uji Autokorelasi, Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda, Uji-T (parsial), Uji-F (simultan), dan Uji Koefisien Determinasi dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 22. Hasil pengujian terhadap hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi pedagogik memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat belajar siswa, kompetensi sosial guru memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat belajar siswa, kompetensi pedogik dan sosial guru secara simultan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat belajar siswa. Based on opinions expressed by teachers of Public Relations and Protocol subjects at SMK Binawisata Lembang, the primary factor influencing students' learning interest is the limitation in pedagogical competence among teachers of these subjects. According to Hijrah, Amran AR, & Ramli (2022), students' learning interest is a crucial element in the smoothness of the teaching and learning process. Students who demonstrate high learning interest tend to enhance the overall quality of learning. This explanatory survey method was used by researchers through questionnaire distribution to assess the levels of the three variables: the influence of pedagogical competence of teachers (X1), social competence variable (X2), and students' learning interest variable (Y), using probability sampling technique; specifically, simple random sampling of 52 respondents out of a population of 110 individuals. Data analysis techniques included descriptive analysis, Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test (P-Plot), Multicollinearity Test, Heteroskedasticity Test, Autocorrelation Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Partial-T Test, Simultaneous F-Test, and Coefficient of Determination Test using SPSS version 22. The results of hypothesis testing established beforehand indicated that pedagogical competence has an influence on students' learning interest, social competence of teachers influences students' learning interest, and both pedagogical and social competences of teachers simultaneously have a significant influence on students' learning interest.
