Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh ditemukannya anak-anak yang belum mampu dalam berperilaku prososial. Penelitian ini dirancang untuk memberikan stimulus guna mengembangkan perilaku prososial anak yaitu dengan diterapkannya bermain kooperatif tipe team game tournament pada anak kelompok B di RA Darussalam Kabupaten Garut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh bermain kooperatif tipe team game tournament terhadap perilaku prososial anak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode Pre-Experimental dengan desain one group pretest posttest. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini merupakan daftar cek observasi yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan statistika inferensial memiliki reliabilitas 0,944 yang menyatakan bahwa instrumen layak digunakan untuk penelitian, dan dan 12 dari 14 item dalam instrumen dinyatakan valid. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bermain kooperatif tipe team game tournament berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan perilaku prososial anak dan memiliki effect size tinggi. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan data yang menyatakan bahwa perilaku prososial anak secara keseluruhan mengalami peningkatan, dapat dilihat dari peningkatan skor rata-rata awal yaitu 22 menjadi 43,454. Selain itu ketika hipotesis diuji pada α = 0,05 dengan menggunakan uji paired t-test, didapatkan hasil p = 0,000 dan uji cohen, didapat hasil effect size sebesar 6,95 yang berarti bermain kooperatif tipe team game tournament mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan dan memiliki effect size tinggi dalam meningkatkan perilaku prososial anak. Simpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa bermain kooperatif tipe team game tournament tergolong efektif dalam meningkatkan perilaku prososial anak, sehingga diharapkan agar bermain kooperatif tipe team game tournament ini dapat menjadi rekomendasi guru dalam meningkatkan perilaku prososial anak. This research is motivated by the observation that some children have not yet developed prosocial behavior. The study was designed to provide a stimulus to enhance children's prosocial behavior by implementing the cooperative play type of team game tournament for Group B children at RA Darussalam, Garut Regency. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of cooperative play using the team game tournament method on children's prosocial behavior. The research method used in this study is the Pre-Experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The instrument used is an observation checklist, which was analyzed using inferential statistics. The instrument has a reliability of 0.944, indicating that it is suitable for research, and 12 of the 14 items in the instrument were declared valid. The results of this study show that cooperative play using the team game tournament method significantly influences the improvement of children's prosocial behavior and has a high effect size. This is evidenced by data showing that the overall prosocial behavior of children increased, as seen from the initial average score of 22, which rose to 43.454. Furthermore, when the hypothesis was tested at α = 0.05 using the paired t-test, the result was p = 0.000, and using Cohen's test, an effect size of 6.95 was obtained, indicating that the cooperative play type of team game tournament has a significant influence and a high effect size in enhancing children's prosocial behavior. The conclusion of this study is that cooperative play using the team game tournament method is effective in improving children's prosocial behavior. It is hoped that this method can be recommended to teachers to enhance children's prosocial behavior.
