Abstract

Indonesia menghadapi tantangan besar dalam pendidikan, terutama dalam hal pengembangan sumber daya manusia. Data internasional menunjukkan bahwa capaian akademik siswa Indonesia masih rendah. Faktor penyebabnya adalah kurikulum kaku, metode pengajaran kurang efektif, dan pelatihan guru yang minim. Pemerintah merespons dengan Kurikulum Merdeka yang lebih fleksibel dan berfokus pada pemahaman mendalam serta pendidikan karakter. Upaya ini diperkuat melalui Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5), yang bertujuan membentuk siswa beriman, kreatif, dan mandiri sesuai nilai-nilai Pancasila. P5 adalah pembelajaran lintas disiplin ilmu untuk mengidentifikasi dan menyelesaikan masalah di lingkungan sekitar. P5 bertujuan mengembangkan sikap dan karakter sesuai dengan Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Salah satu tema yang diangkat dalam P5 adalah Kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan persepsi siswa kelas X mengenai pelaksanaan P5 di SMA Pasundan Rancaekek, dengan fokus pada empat tahap: pengenalan, kontekstualisasi, aksi nyata, dan refleksi & tindak lanjut. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan instrumen berupa angket, yang dibagikan kepada 53 siswa kelas 10 sebagai responden. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kai kuadrat. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa persepsi siswa terhadap tahap pengenalan, kontekstualisasi, dan tindakan nyata dinilai baik, dengan keterlibatan aktif dan pemahaman yang baik dari siswa. Namun, pada tahap refleksi dan tindak lanjut, persepsi siswa kurang optimal, yang menunjukkan kesulitan dalam mengevaluasi dan merefleksikan pengalaman mereka. Secara keseluruhan, siswa memiliki pandangan positif terhadap pelaksanaan program P5. Temuan ini dapat menjadi dasar untuk memperkuat dan menyesuaikan pelaksanaan P5 di masa depan. Indonesia faces big challenges in education, especially in terms of human resource development. International data shows that the academic achievement of Indonesian students is still low. The causative factors are rigid curriculum, less effective teaching methods, and minimal teacher training. The government responded with a more flexible Merdeka Curriculum and focused on deep understanding and character education. This effort is strengthened through the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5), which aims to form students who are faithful, creative, and independent according to the values of Pancasila. P5 is cross-disciplinary learning to identify and solve problems in the surrounding environment. P5 aims to develop attitudes and character in accordance with the Pancasila Student Profile. One of the themes raised in P5 is Entrepreneurship. This research aims to describe the perception of class X students regarding the implementation of P5 at SMA Pasundan Rancaekek, with a focus on four stages: introduction, contextualization, real action, and reflection & follow-up. Data was collected by using instruments in the form of questionnaires, which were distributed to 53 10th grade students as respondents. The technique of data analysis in this research is using the quadratic method. The results show that the students' perception of the stage of introduction, contextualization, and real action is rated as good, with active involvement and good understanding of the students. However, at the stage of reflection and follow-up, students' perceptions are less than optimal, which shows difficulties in evaluating and reflecting on their experiences. Overall, students have a positive view of the implementation of the P5 program. This finding can be the basis for strengthening and adjusting the implementation of P5 in the future.
