Abstract

Fokus utama pada penelitian ini yakni permasalahan mengenai rendahnya efektivitas proses pembelajaran siswa fase F Jurusan Manajemen Perkantoran Dan Layanan Bisnis di SMK Bina Wisata Lembang yang disebabkan oleh kurang memadainya sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran pada elemen teknologi perkantoran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruhnya sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran terhadap efektivitas proses pembelajaran siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan disebarkan kepada 105 orang yang merupakan populasi dalam penelitian ini. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran termasuk dalam kategori cukup berkualitas. Sedangkan efektivitas proses pembelajaran termasuk dalam kategori cukup efektif. Hasil analisis data dan pengujian hipotesis diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran terhadap efektivitas proses pembelajaran. Kata Kunci: Sarana dan Prasarana Pembelajaran, Efektivitas Proses Pembelajaran The main focus of this study is the problem of the low effectiveness of the learning process of phase F students of the Office Management and Business Services Department at SMK Bina Wisata Lembang which is caused by inadequate learning facilities and infrastructure in the office technology element. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of learning facilities and infrastructure on the effectiveness of the student learning process. This study uses a survey method, with data collection techniques using questionnaires and distributed to 105 people who are the population in this study. The data analysis technique uses simple regression. The results of the study show that learning facilities and infrastructure are included in the category of sufficient quality. While the effectiveness of the learning process is included in the category of sufficient effectiveness. The results of data analysis and hypothesis testing concluded that there is a significant influence on learning facilities and infrastructure on the effectiveness of the learning process.
