Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya peserta didik memiliki keterampilan abad 21 agar mereka siap menghadapi tantangan di masa depan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keterampilan abad 21 melalui penerapan model pembelajaran C-R-E-A-T-E pada topik bagi siswa SMA kelas XI ditinjau dari keterampilan komunikasi, keterampilan kolaborasi, keterampilan berpikir kritis, dan keterampilan kreativitas. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif observasi secara operasional variabel. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini terdiri atas 2 dosen pendidikan kimia FPMIPA UPI, 3 pendidik kimia SMA, 4 observer yang masing-masing menganalisis 1 aspek keterampilan dan 36 orang peserta didik di SMA kelas XI di salah satu SMA Kota Bandung. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu instrumen keterampilan abad 21 yang meliputi 4C, diantaranya yaitu lembar instrumen keterampilan komunikasi, kolaborasi, berpikir kritis, dan kreativitas. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan pemberian skor yang kemudian dipresentasekan lalu dikategorisasi sesuai kriteria interpretasi skor. Karya kreatif tugas proyek peserta didik berupa produk koloid shampo berbahan alami. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan komunikasi, kolaborasi, berpikir kritis, dan berpikir kreatif dapat tercapai dengan sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, keterampilan abad 21 melalui penerapan model pembelajaran C-R-E-A-T-E pada topik koloid bagi siswa SMA kelas XI dapat tercapai dengan sangat baik. This research is motivated by the importance of students having 21st century skills so that they are ready to face future challenges. This study aims to analyze 21st century skills through the application of the C-R-E-A-T-E learning model on topics for grade XI high school students in terms of communication skills, collaboration skills, critical thinking skills, and creativity skills The research methodology used is a qualitative method of operational observation of variables. The participants in this study consisted of 2 chemistry education lecturers of FPMIPA UPI, 3 high school chemistry educators, 4 observers who each analyzed 1 aspect of skills and 36 students in grade XI in one of the Bandung City High Schools. The research instrument used is the 21st century skills instrument which includes 4C, including communication skills, collaboration, critical thinking, and creativity. Data processing is done by giving a score which is then presented and then categorized according to the score interpretation criteria. The creative work of students' project assignments in the form of colloidal shampoo products made from natural ingredients. The results of the analysis show that communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and creative thinking skills can be achieved very well. Based on the research results, 21st century skills through the application of the C-R-E-A-T-E learning model on the topic of colloids for grade XI high school students can be achieved very well.
