Abstract

Teknologi website saat ini telah banyak berkembang sehingga dapat dengan mudah dimanfaatkan di antaranya digunakan sebagai bentuk penyampaian informasi yang tepat. Saat ini banyak organisasi yang terdapat di sekolah dan di lingkungan kampus yang membuat website sebagai salah satu strategi untuk dapat memperkenalkan informasi yang berada dalam organisasi tersebut yang secara langsung dapat membantu masyarakat atau orang di luar organisasi tersebut menjadi lebih mengenal informasi dari suatu organisasi tertentu. Permasalahan yang ada di racana adalah kurangnya penyebaran informasi yang belum maksimal dalam dunia digital tentang kepramukaan yang berada di Kampus UPI di Cibiru. Proses penyebaran informasi yang dilakukan oleh racana sendiri masih menggunakan media pamflet sehingga, penyebaran informasi serta promosi organisasinya belum meluas dan kurang efisien. Untuk memaksimalkan dalam melakukan penyebaran informasi tentang kepramukaan, penulis akan melakukan proses perancangan sistem informasi berbasis website. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode waterfall atau biasa disebut (SDLC) Software Development Live Cycle. Metode waterfall ini peneliti menggunakan 5 tahapan dalam melakukan pengembangan pada perangkat lunak, yaitu Analisa Kebutuhan, Desain Sistem, Implementasi, Integrasi dan Pengujian dan Pemeliharaan. Selain itu penelitian ini juga dilakukan uji kelayakan dengan uji validasi kepada para ahli. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penilaian materi website racana Kampus UPI di Cibiru yaitu 87,5% kategori “Sangat Layak” Hasil yang diperoleh dari penilaian bahasa website racana Kampus UPI di Cibiru yaitu 80% kategori “Layak”. Dan hasil yang diperoleh dari penilaian desain website racana Kampus UPI di Cibiru yaitu 100%kategori “Sangat Layak”. --------- Today's website technology has developed a lot so that it can be easily utilized, including being used as a form of delivering the right information. Currently, many organizations in schools and on campus have created websites as one of the strategies to be able to introduce information within the organization which can directly help the community or people outside the organization become more familiar with information from a particular organization. The problem that exists in the racana is the lack of information dissemination that has not been maximized in the digital world about scouting at the UPI Campus in Cibiru. The process of disseminating information carried out by the racana itself still uses pamphlet media so that the dissemination of information and promotion of the organization is not widespread and less efficient. To maximize the dissemination of information about scouting, the author will carry out a website-based information system design process. This research uses the waterfall method or commonly called (SDLC) Software Development Live Cycle. This waterfall method researchers use 5 stages in developing software, namely Requirements Analysis, System Design, Implementation, Integration and Testing and Maintenance. In addition, this research was also carried out feasibility testing with validation tests to experts. The results obtained from the material assessment of the UPI Campus racana website in Cibiru are 87.5% in the “Very Feasible” category. The results obtained from the language assessment of the UPI Campus racana website in Cibiru are 80% in the “Feasible” category. And the results obtained from the assessment of the UPI Campus racana website design in Cibiru are 100% “Very Feasible” category.
