Abstract
Keterampilan motorik kasar dan halus anak usia 3-4 tahun telah berkembang kemampuannya jika dapat mengendalikan fungsi gerak tubuh melalui aktivitas terkoordinasi sistem saraf, otot, otak, dan tulang belakang. Tujuan penelitian yaitu: (1) mengetahui pelaksanakan media kelereng pada motorik anak; (2) mengetahui dampak dari media kelereng keterampilan motorik kasar dan halus anak; (3) mengetahui lebih dominan motorik kasar atau halus setelah intervensi dengan media kelereng. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena faktor lingkungan yang kurang mendukung dan kemampuan beradaptasi anak usia 3-4 tahun yang kurang maksimal, sehingga ketika anak ke tempat yang baru anak anak akan mengalami adaptasi yang cukup lama adanya keterbatasan ruang bermain sehingga mengurangi kesempatan anak untuk terlibat dalam aktivitas di luar ruangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif pra-eksperimental dengan desain one group pretest post-test. Subjek penelitian ialah anak prasekolah usia 3-4 tahun di lembaga prasekolah X di Bandung. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa; (1) pelaksanaan dilakukan selama 3 hari (2) media kelereng mempengaruhi peningkatan keterampilan motorik kasar dan halus anak prasekolah (3) kedua motorik anak ini meningkat secara signifikan memiliki kenaikan 3 poin dari masing-masing. Menyatakan media kelereng secara signifikan meningkatkan keterampilan motorik kasar dan halus anak prasekolah. Pada penelitian ini terbukti bahwa: (1) pelaksanaan media kelereng secara outdoor meningkatkan keterampilan motorik kasar dan halus anak ; (2) media kelereng berpengaruh secara signifikan bagi motorik anak ; (3) nilai motorik halus lebih tinggi dari pada motorik kasar. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa permainan kreatif dengan kelereng mampu untuk meningkatkan keterampilan motorik kasar dan halus pada anak prasekolah usia 3-4 tahun. ------------ Gross and fine motor skills of children aged 3-4 years have developed if they can control body movement functions through coordinated activities of the nervous system, muscles, brain, and spine. The research objectives are: (1) to know the implementation of marbles media on children's motor skills; (2) to know the impact of marbles media on children's gross and fine motor skills; (3) to know the more dominant gross or fine motor skills after intervention with marbles media. This study was conducted due to environmental factors that are less supportive and adaptability of children aged 3-4 years that are less than optimal, so that when children go to a new place children will experience a long adaptation of the limited play space so as to reduce the opportunity for children to engage in outdoor activities. This study used a quantitative pre-experimental method with a one group pretest post-test design. The research subjects were preschool children aged 3-4 years at preschool institution X in Bandung. The results showed that; (1) the implementation was conducted for 3 days (2) marbles media affected the improvement of gross and fine motor skills of preschool children (3) both of these children's motor skills improved significantly having an increase of 3 points from each. Stating the marbles media significantly improved the gross and fine motor skills of preschool children. In this study it was proven that: (1) the implementation of outdoor marbles media improved children's gross and fine motor skills; (2) marbles media had a significant effect on children's motor skills; (3) fine motor scores were higher than gross motor scores. It can be concluded that creative games with marbles are able to improve gross and fine motor skills in preschool children aged 3-4 years
