Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi yang sangat pesat sangat mempengaruhi berbagai aspek kehidupan termasuk dunia pendidikan. Dunia pendidikan menghadapi berbagai manfaat dan tantangan dalam pengintegrasian TIK dalam pendidikan. Kompetensi digital guru menjadi aspek penting dalam proses pendidikan ditengah era digital saat ini. Namun kompetensi digital guru belum optimal. Meningkatkan kompetensi digital guru dapat dilakukan berbagai upaya seperti pelatihan, peningkatan literasi digital, serta motivasi berprestasi para guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi peran mediasi motivasi berprestasi pada pengaruh pelatihan dan literasi digital terhadap kompetensi digital guru Ekonomi di SMA se-Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei eksplanatori, dan melibatkan sampel sebanyak 127 responden guru Ekonomi SMA se-Kota Bandung. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan total 71 item pernyataan dan dianalisis menggunakan metode SEM-PLS dengan perangkat lunak Smart PLS 3. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa 1) pelatihan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi digital, 2) literasi digital memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi digital, 3) pelatihan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi berprestasi guru, 4) literasi digital memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi berprestasi guru 5) motivasi berprestasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi digital, 6) motivasi berprestasi mampu memediasi pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kompetensi digital guru, dan 7) motivasi berprestasi mampu memediasi pengaruh literasi digital terhadap kompetensi digital guru. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pelatihan berbasis teknologi secara berkala dan dengan tema yang relevan serta program peningkatan literasi digital yang dalam perancangannya juga memperhatikan aspek psikologis sehingga berdampak pada peningkatan motivasi berprestasi guru yang pada akhirnya meningkatkan kompetensi digital guru. Pelatihan relevan dan spesifik dalam pembelajaran ekonomi sangat diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru. The rapid development of technology has greatly influenced various aspects of life, including the field of education. The education sector has faced both benefits and challenges in integrating ICT into education. Teachers' digital competence has become a crucial aspect of the educational process in the current digital era. However, teachers' digital competence is not yet optimal. Various efforts, such as training, enhancing digital literacy, and increasing teachers' achievement motivation, can be undertaken to improve teachers' digital competence. This study aimed to investigate the mediating role of achievement motivation on the influence of training and digital literacy on the digital competence of high school Economics teachers in Bandung. This research employed a quantitative method with an explanatory survey approach, involving a sample of 127 Economics teachers from high schools in Bandung. Data were collected through a questionnaire consisting of 71 statement items and analyzed using the SEM-PLS method with Smart PLS 3 software. The study found that 1) training had a positive and significant effect on digital competence, 2) digital literacy had a positive and significant effect on digital competence, 3) training had a positive and significant effect on teachers' achievement motivation, 4) digital literacy had a positive and significant effect on teachers' achievement motivation, 5) achievement motivation had a positive and significant effect on digital competence, 6) achievement motivation was able to mediate the effect of training on teachers' digital competence, and 7) achievement motivation was able to mediate the effect of digital literacy on teachers' digital competence. This research emphasizes the importance of regular and relevant technology-based training, along with digital literacy enhancement programs that also consider psychological aspects in their design. This approach aims to boost teachers' achievement motivation, which ultimately leads to improved digital competence among teachers. Relevant and specific training in economics education is essential for enhancing teachers' competencies.
