Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan video pembelajaran berbasis vlog terhadap keterampilan memirsa siswa kelas IV. Latar belakang penelitian didasarkan pada perkembangan teknologi yang mengubah cara belajar siswa generasi alpha, di mana penggunaan vlog dapat meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam memahami informasi visual, khususnya pada materi keragaman budaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi eksperimen dengan desain non-equivalent control group. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam keterampilan memirsa siswa di kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan vlog, dengan rata-rata skor post-test mencapai 78,76, lebih tinggi dari kelas kontrol. Analisis statistik menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan antara pre-test dan post-test di kelas eksperimen, serta perbedaan yang signifikan antara keterampilan memirsa siswa di kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Respon siswa terhadap penggunaan vlog sangat positif, dengan persentase kepuasan mencapai 92,5%. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa vlog efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan memirsa siswa pada pembelajaran keragaman budaya di sekolah dasar. ------------ This study aims to determine the effect of using -based learning videos on the viewing skills of grade IV students. The background of the study is based on technological developments that change the way alpha generation students learn, where the use of s can improve students' ability to understand visual information, especially on cultural diversity material. The research method used was a quasi-experiment with a non-equivalent control group design. The results showed a significant increase in students' viewing skills in the experimental class that used s, with the average post-test score reaching 78.76, higher than the control class. Statistical analysis showed a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test in the experimental class, as well as a significant difference between students' viewing skills in the experimental and control classes. Students' response to the use of s was very positive, with the percentage of satisfaction reaching 92.5%. Thus, it can be concluded that s are effective in improving students' viewing skills on cultural diversity learning in elementary school.
