Abstract

Kurikulum Merdeka merupakan reformasi pendidikan yang diperkenalkan oleh Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia untuk mengakomodasi kebutuhan pembelajaran yang lebih fleksibel dan berbasis pada potensi individu peserta didik. Namun penerapan kurikulum ini banyak menimbulkan kebingungan dikalangan guru. Tujuan dilaksanakannya penelitian ini adalah untuk menjawab pertanyaan tentang adakan pengaruh dari pengetahuan, sikap, norma subjektif, normative belief, dan behavior control terhadap kesiapan guru SD dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis korelasional. Data dikumpulakan dengan kuesioner pada responden. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 100 guru di Kecamatan Ciparay. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa pengetahuan dan behavior control memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kesiapan guru dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka. Dan untuk variabel norma subjektif, normative belief dan sikap tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kesiapan guru. ----------- The Merdeka Curriculum was an educational reform introduced by the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia to accommodate learning needs that are more flexible and based on the individual potential of students. However, the implementation of this curriculum has caused a lot of confusion among teachers. The aim of carrying out this research is to answer questions about the influence of knowledge, attitudes, subjective norms, normative beliefs, and behavior control on the readiness of elementary school teachers in implementing the independent curriculum. This research is quantitative research with a correlational type. Data was collected by questionnaire to respondents. The sample for this research was 100 teachers in Ciparay District. The data obtained was analyzed using the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The results of the analysis show that knowledge and behavior control have a significant influence with teacher readiness in implementing the independent curriculum. Than for subjective norm variables, normative beliefs and attitudes have no effect on teacher readiness.
