Abstract

Rendahnya kualitas sumber daya manusia merupakan permasalahan mendasar yang dapat menghambat pertumbuhan dan perkembangan perekonomian nasional. Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia harus diupayakan secara bertahap dan berkesinambungan melalui sistem pendidikan bermutu pada pendidikan formal, informal, dan non-formal. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh supervisi akademik dan kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru penggerak terutama di wilayah Kabupaten Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei korelasional. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner berupa google form yang dibagikan melalui aplikasi whatsapp. Yang terdiri dari tiga variabel yang dijadikan survey yaitu supervisi akademik, kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah dan kinerja guru penggerak, seluruh kuesioner berjumlah 48 soal pernyataan dengan menggunakan skala likert. Berdasarkan hasil keseluruhan penelitian, variabel supervisi akademik menunjukkan hasil yang sangat baik. Ketiga indikator yaitu perencanaan supervisi, pelaksanaan supervisi dan tindak lanjut supervisi. Variabel kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah menunjukkan hasil yang sangat baik. Pengaruh Kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah kinerja guru penggerak di Kabupaten Bandung menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam meningkatkan layanan pembelajaran, kepala sekolah perlu menunjukkan dan meningkatkan kompetensi manajerialnya. Tanpa pengelolaan oleh seorang pemimpin, sekolah tidak akan mampu merencanakan, melaksanakan, mengevaluasi dan menindaklanjuti program-program sekolah dalam peningkatan kinerja guru di sekolah. Peran kepemimpinan pendidikan yang dapat menerapkan nilai-nilai manajemen harus mampu berkontribusi pada peningkatan proses pendidikan, maka dari itu perlu adanya kerangka manajemen kualitas secara menyeluruh yang akan berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas secara keseluruhan dari proses Pendidikan. -------- The low quality of human resources is a fundamental problem that can hinder the growth and development of the national economy. Human Resource Management must be pursued gradually and continuously through a quality education system in formal, informal, and non-formal education. This study was conducted with the aim of finding out how much influence academic supervision and managerial competence of school principals has on the performance of driving teachers, especially in the Bandung Regency area. This study uses a quantitative approach. The method used is a correlational survey. The instrument used is a questionnaire in the form of a google form which is shared through the WhatsApp application. Consisting of three variables that were used as a survey, namely academic supervision, managerial competence of the principal and the performance of the driving teachers, the entire questionnaire amounted to 48 statement questions using the Likert scale. Based on the overall results of the study, the academic supervision variable showed excellent results. The three indicators are supervision planning, supervision implementation and supervision follow-up. The managerial competency variable of the principal showed excellent results. The influence of managerial competence of school principals on the performance of driving teachers in Bandung Regency showed significant results. This shows that in improving learning services, school principals need to demonstrate and improve their managerial competence. Without management by a leader, schools will not be able to plan, implement, evaluate and follow up on school programs in improving teacher performance in schools. The role of educational leadership that can apply management values must be able to contribute to the improvement of the educational process, therefore it is necessary to have a comprehensive quality management framework that will contribute to the overall improvement of the quality of the educational process.
