Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan model cooperative learning tipe teams games tournament dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi nada dan alat musik melodis di kelas IV SD. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen jenis pre-experimental design bentuk one group pretest-posttest design. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IVA SDN 012 Babakan Ciparay yang terdiri dari satu kelas eksperimen, dengan teknik sampling purposive. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi tes hasil belajar yang berbentuk soal pilihan ganda, lembar observasi sikap dan lembar observasi keterampilan siswa. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan statistika deskripsi dan statistika inferensial yaitu uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji paired sample t test dengan taraf signifikansi 5% atau 0,05 menggunakan bantuan software IBM SPSS Statistic versi 29. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan skor rata-rata hasil belajar siswa kelas IVA, skor rata-rata pretest sebesar 48,32 dan skor rata-rata posttest sebesar 70,43. Kemudian pada hasil lembar observasi sikap skor rata-rata pada pertemuan ke-1 sebesar 3,8 dan skor rata-rata pada pertemuan ke-2 sebesar 4,2. Hasil observasi keterampilan siswa, skor rata-rata pada pertemuan ke-1 sebesar 10,82 dan skor rata-rata pada pertemuan ke-2 sebesar 19,54. Berdasarkan uji paired sample t test diperoleh hasil signifikansi sebesar <0,001 yang berarti lebih kecil dari 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model cooperative learning tipe teams games tournament secara signifikan meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi nada dan alat musik melodis. ----------- This study aims to determine the application of the cooperative learning model of the teams games tournament type in improving student learning outcomes in the material of notes and melodic musical instruments in grade IV of elementary school. The research method used is the experimental method of the pre-experimental design type in the form of one group pretest-posttest design. The subjects of this study were students of grade IVA of SDN 012 Babakan Ciparay which consisted of one experimental class, with a purposive sampling technique. The data collection instruments used in this study included learning outcome tests in the form of multiple choice questions, attitude observation sheets and student skill observation sheets. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics, namely the normality test, homogeneity test, and paired sample t test with a significance level of 5% or 0.05 using the help of IBM SPSS Statistic software version 29. The results showed that there was an increase in the average score of learning outcomes of class IVA students, the average pretest score was 48.32 and the average posttest score was 70.43. Then on the results of the attitude observation sheet, the average score at the 1st meeting was 3.8 and the average score at the 2nd meeting was 4.2. The results of the observation of student skills, the average score at the 1st meeting was 10.82 and the average score at the 2nd meeting was 19.54. Based on the paired sample t test, the significance result was <0.001 which means it is smaller than 0.05 so it can be concluded that the application of the cooperative learning model of the teams games tournament type significantly improves student learning outcomes in the material of notes and melodic musical instruments.
