Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang persepsi guru terhadap implementasi kurikulum merdeka. Hal ini penting dilakukan karena pengimplementasian kurikulum merdeka sebagai jawaban atas tantangan pendidikan abad-21. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui persepsi guru SD Islam Bakti Asih dan bagaimana implementasi kurikulum merdeka di sekolah tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Sekolah, wakasek bidang kurikulum, dan guru kelas satu dan kelas empat. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu angket, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen pada penelitian ini yaitu angket, pedoman wawancara dan lembar observasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi guru terhadap kurikulum merdeka dan implementasi kurikulum merdeka di SD Islam Bakti Asih secara keseluruhan memiliki hasil yang cukup baik. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dari hasil angket dan wawancara dengan banyaknya persentase jawaban yang mendukung terhadap implementasi kurikulum merdeka. Persepsi yang mendukung tersebut tercermin dari kesediaan para guru untuk mengikuti kebijakan terkait konsep kurikulum merdeka, kesiapan menyiapkan langkah-langkah menerapkan kurikulum merdeka dan kesiapan sumber belajar. ------------ This research discusses teachers' perceptions of the implementation of the independent curriculum. This is important because implementing an independent curriculum is an answer to the challenges of 21st century education. The aim of this research is to find out the perceptions of Bakti Asih Islamic Elementary School teachers and how the independent curriculum is implemented in that school. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Participants in this research were the principal, deputy head of curriculum, and first grade and fourth grade teachers. The data collection techniques used in this research are questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. The instruments in this research are questionnaires, interview guidelines and observation sheets. The results of this research show that teachers' perceptions of the independent curriculum and the implementation of the independent curriculum at Bakti Asih Islamic Elementary School as a whole have quite good results. This is proven from the results of questionnaires and interviews with a large percentage of answers supporting the implementation of the independent curriculum. This supportive perception is reflected in the teachers' willingness to follow policies related to the independent curriculum concept, readiness to prepare steps to implement the independent curriculum and readiness of learning resources.
