Abstract
The critical need for financial literacy in the 21st century, identified as an essential competency by the World Economic Forum, is still not optimally integrated into the primary education curriculum. In Indonesia, despite improvements in financial literacy and inclusion indices thanks to initiatives by the Financial Services Authority (OJK), the primary education system still lacks effective learning modules that meet the needs for differentiated learning among students. This research develops an IPAS module based on differentiated learning aimed at enhancing financial literacy among Phase B elementary school students. The module is designed to help students distinguish between needs and wants, understand the value of currency, and use money effectively. The research methodology employed is Design and Development with the ADDIE development model, which includes Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Data collection was conducted through interviews, validation surveys, and tests. Data analysis utilized both qualitative and quantitative approaches. The subjects of this study were fourth-grade elementary school students. Expert assessments resulted for subject matter experts, learning experts, and media experts, with an overall in the "very good" category. Module testing with 24 students showed an increase from an average pretest score of 70.7 to a posttest score of 89.83. The N-Gain test indicated the effectiveness of the module with an average score of 0.63 in the "moderate" category. Implications of this study include providing practical educational tools tailored to students' learning profiles, developing financial decision-making skills, and contributing to educational policy and curriculum development by enriching academic discussions on differentiated learning in financial literacy.
