Abstract

Pada era digital, sudah hampir semua hal dilakukan secara online, seperti Virtual Tour yang menggantikan kunjungan konvensional. Virtual Tour tidak hanya digunakan untuk kunjungan, tetapi bisa digunakan pada bidang pemasaran, seperti yang dilakukan oleh PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk dengan virtual tour "Innocent". Sebelum optimasi, "Innocent" kurang dapat diterima oleh pengguna, terutama dalam aspek pengalaman pengguna (User Experience). Penelitian ini berfokus pada optimasi "Innocent" dengan menerapkan model Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) untuk meningkatkan penerimaan dan penggunaan aplikasi ini. Penelitian dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan para stakeholder yang dianggap ahli untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor kunci UTAUT, seperti harapan performa, harapan usaha, pengaruh sosial, dan kondisi yang memfasilitasi. Hasil wawancara dianalisis secara sistematis dan mendalam menggunakan teknik analisis tematik. Pengembangan aplikasi dilakukan dengan bahasa pemrograman C# di lingkungan Unity Engine, yang menjamin integrasi yang optimal. Optimasi mencakup berbagai aspek seperti peningkatan UI/UX, peningkatan sistem konten, dan juga dilakukan penambahan beberapa fitur seperti feedback dan daftar kunjungan. Untuk mengukur dampak optimasi, dilakukan pengujian melalui A/B testing dan survei menggunakan User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ), yang memberikan gambaran yang jelas mengenai peningkatan pengalaman pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa optimasi yang dilakukan berdasarkan model UTAUT secara signifikan meningkatkan penerimaan dan penggunaan "Innocent", dengan nilai rata-rata sebelum optimasi sebesar 4,68 sedangkan setelah optimasi dilakukan, nilai rata-rata meningkat menjadi 5,62 dari skala nilai sempurna 7. Model UTAUT memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap penerimaan pengguna melalui hasil analisisnya yang menawarkan rekomendasi efektif dan efisien untuk pengembangan perangkat lunak. ------------ In the digital era, almost everything is done online, including Virtual Tours that replace conventional visits. Virtual Tours are not only used for visits but also in marketing, as demonstrated by PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk with the "Innocent" virtual tour. Before optimization, "Innocent" was less accepted by users, especially in terms of User Experience. This study focuses on optimizing "Innocent" by applying the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model to enhance user acceptance and usage of the application. In-depth interviews were conducted with stakeholders deemed experts to identify key UTAUT factors, such as performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions. The interview results were systematically analyzed using thematic analysis. Application development was carried out using the C# programming language in the Unity Engine environment, ensuring optimal integration. The optimization covered various aspects, including UI/UX enhancement, content system improvement, and the addition of features such as feedback and visit lists. To measure the impact of optimization, A/B testing and surveys using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) were conducted, providing clear insights into the improvement of user experience. The results showed that the UTAUT-based optimization significantly increased acceptance and use of "Innocent," with the average score before optimization being 4.68, which increased to 5.62 after optimization on a perfect scale of 7. The UTAUT model significantly influenced user acceptance through its analysis, offering effective and efficient recommendations for software development.
