Abstract
Dalam penelitian yang dilakukan ini mempunyai tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya mengajar fasilitator guru terhadap hasil Belajar pada salah satu mata pelajaran baru di kurikulum merdeka yaitu dasar-dasar manajamen perkantoran dan layanan bisnis menggunakan dengan metode survey explanatory. Penelitian ini dalam pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan Teknik pengumpulan angket berskala 5(lima) dengan model ratting scale. Jumlah repondens yang dalam penelitian berjumlah 69 siswa dengan guru yang menggunakan gaya mengajar fasilitator Jurusan Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis di SMK Negeri 3 kota Bandung. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Regresi Sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dari penelitian ini, bahwasannya menunjukkan gaya mengajar fasilitator mempunyai pengaruh yang positif juga signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwasannya hasil belajar siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan pada efektivitas gaya mengajar fasilitator guru. In this study, the purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of the teaching style of teacher facilitators on learning outcomes in one of the new subjects in the independent curriculum, namely the basics of office management and business services using the explanatory survey method. This research in data collection was carried out using a questionnaire collection technique on a scale of 5 (five) with a ratting scale model. The number of repondents in the study amounted to 69 students with teachers who used the teaching style of the facilitator of the Department of Office Management and Business Services at SMK Negeri 3 Bandung city. The data analysis technique carried out in this study uses Simple Regression. Based on the results of data analysis from this study, it shows that the facilitator's teaching style has a positive and significant influence on student learning outcomes. Therefore, it can be concluded that student learning outcomes can be improved through an increase in the effectiveness of the teaching style of teacher facilitators.
