Abstract

Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru dapat melalui program In House Training yang dilakukan di lingkungan internal sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Model Evaluasi Kirkpatrick Pada Program In House Training Untuk Meningkatkan Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru di SMPN 39 Bandung. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif evaluatif dengan metode kualitatif. Teknik pengambilan data berupa wawancara kepada guru dan kepala sekolah yang ada di SMPN 39 Bandung. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan model evaluasi kirkpatrick empat level mulai dari reaction, learning, behavior, dan result diperoleh hasil bahwa pelaksanaan program In House Training tersebut sudah berjalan dengan baik. Hal ini dilihat dari respon yang diberikan peserta pelatihan cenderung merasa puas dan dapat mengaplikasikan pengetahuan mengenai materi yang disampaikan yaitu Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka. Dengan adanya perubahan pada diri peserta ini, mencerminkan bahwa pelaksanaan In House Training tersebut menghasilkan capaian yang sesuai dengan salah satu tujuan program ini dilaksanakan yaitu peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik guru. One way to enhance teachers' pedagogical competence is through an In-House Training program conducted within the school's internal environment. This study aims to explore how the Kirkpatrick Evaluation Model in the In-House Training Program can enhance Teacher Pedagogical Competence at SMPN 39 Bandung. The research approach used is descriptive evaluative research with qualitative methods. Data was collected through interviews with teachers and school principals at SMPN 39 Bandung. Based on the research using the four-level Kirkpatrick evaluation model - starting from reaction, learning, behavior, and results, it was found that the In-House Training program was implemented effectively. This is evident from the positive responses from training participants who felt satisfied and were able to apply the knowledge gained from the training, particularly on the Implementation of the Independent Curriculum. The changes observed in the participants indicate that the In-House Training resulted in improvements that aligned with the program's objective of enhancing teacher pedagogical competence.
