Abstract
Penelitian ini didasarkan atas pentingnya kecerdasan kewargaan (civic intelligence) yang harus ada pada diri siswa sebagai tonggak dari peradaban bangsa. Namun, pada kenyataannya civic intelligence siswa di Indonesia rendah. Oleh karena itu, sangat diperlukan keberadaan bahan ajar Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan (PKn) yang dapat menarik perhatian siswa berupa modul digital untuk menumbuhkan civic intelligence siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bahan ajar digital yang digunakan guru sebelum penggunaan modul digital di SMA Laboratorium Percontohan UPI; menghasilkan modul digital PKn pada materi Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia untuk menumbuhkan civic intelligence siswa kelas X yang valid dari aspek kelayakan isi, kebahasaan, penyajian, dan kegrafikan serta praktis dari aspek kemudahan penggunaan, efisiensi aktivitas pembelajaran, dan manfaat; mengetahui efek penggunaan modul digital terhadap civic intelligence siswa SMA kelas X. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan mixed methods research, diantaranya deskriptif kualitatif, pengembangan (Development Research), dan pre-experimental design. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini, yaitu bahan ajar yang digunakan guru sebelum penggunaan modul digital, yaitu buku teks, modul cetak, modul dalam bentuk pdf, dan video. Penelitian ini menghasilkan konsep baru bahwa modul digital PKn pada materi Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia dapat menumbuhkan civic intelligence pada diri siswa yang dibuktikan dengan sikap penolakan siswa terhadap tindakan money politic, siswa peduli dengan pemilu 2024, bertoleran terhadap hasil mufakat, mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai Pancasila, berpartisipasi di organisasi sekolah dan masyarakat, bertekad dalam memajukan Negara Indonesia, mengetahui berita terkini, menganalisisnya dan menemukan solusi atas permasalahan, mengimplementasikan hak dan kewajiban warga Negara, serta peka dengan keadaan sosial. This research is based on the importance of civic intelligence which must be present in students as a cornerstone of national civilization. However, in reality the civic intelligence of students in Indonesia is low. Therefore, it is very necessary to have Civic Education (PKn) teaching materials that can attract students' attention in the form of digital modules to foster students' civic intelligence. The aim of this research is to find out the digital teaching materials used by teachers before using digital modules at the UPI Pilot Laboratory High School; produce a Civics digital module on the material of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia to foster the civic intelligence of class determine the effect of using digital modules on the civic intelligence of class X high school students. This research uses a mixed methods research approach, including descriptive qualitative, development (Development Research), and pre-experimental design. The research results obtained from this research are the teaching materials used by teachers before using digital modules, namely textbooks, printed modules, modules in PDF form, and videos. This research produces a new concept that the Civics digital module in the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia can foster civic intelligence in students as evidenced by students' rejection of money politics, students care about the 2024 election, are tolerant of consensus results, implement Pancasila values, participate in school and community organizations, be determined to advance the Indonesian state, know the latest news, analyze it and find solutions to problems, implement the rights and obligations of citizens, and be sensitive to social conditions.
