Abstract
Pemerintah mengeluarkan kebijakan terkait program merdeka belajar yang salah satu programnya yaitu program guru penggerak. Program guru penggerak ini bertujuan untuk mempersiapkan para pemimpin pendidikan Indonesia di masa depan, serta mampu mendorong tumbuh kembang peserta didik secara keseluruhan, aktif dan proaktif dalam mengajak guru di sekitarnya untuk menerapkan pembelajaran berpusat kepada peserta didik atau student center learning (SCL), serta menjadi contoh dan agen transformasi ekosistem pendidikan sebagai upaya mewujudkan Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Untuk itu diperlukan instrumen penilaian kinerja yang digunakan oleh kepala sekolah dalam menilai kinerja guru penggerak. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengembangkan sebuah instrumen penilaian untuk guru penggerak yang berbasis website. Hal ini dilakukan karena belum adanya instrumen penilaian yang digunakan untuk menilai kinerja guru penggerak. Dengan adanya instrumen ini, kepala sekolah dapat melakukan penilaian terhadap kinerja guru penggerak dengan mudah dan aman. Model penelitian yangdipilih dalam penelitian ini yaitu model desain and development (D&D) yang terdiri dari 6 tahapan penelitian meliputi 1) Identify the problem; 2) Describe the objectives; 3) Design and develop the artifact; 4) Test the artifact 5) Evaluate testing results; dan 6) Communicate the testing results. Respon pengguna dalam pengembangan model instrumen penilaian kinerja guru penggerak berbasis web dilakukan kepada kepala sekolah, guru penggerak dan juga pengawas di Kecamatan Majalaya. Respon ini dilakukan dengan dicarikan faktor melalui analisis SEM-PLS yang menghasilkan data dalam kaitannya dengan keberterimaan model instrumen penilaian kinerja guru penggerak berbasis web. ---------- The government has issued a policy related to the independent learning program, one of which is the mover teacher program. This mover teacher program aims to prepare future Indonesian education leaders, and is able to encourage the growth and development of students as a whole, be active and proactive in inviting teachers around them to implement student-centered learning (SCL), and become examples and agents of transformation of the education ecosystem as an effort to realize the Pancasila Student Profile. For this reason, a performance assessment instrument is needed that is used by the principal in assessing the performance of mover teachers. The purpose of this study is to develop an assessment instrument for mover teachers that is website-based. This is done because there is no assessment instrument used to assess the performance of mover teachers. With this instrument, the principal can assess the performance of mover teachers easily and safely. The research model chosen in this study is the design and development (D&D) model which consists of 6 research stages including 1) Identify the problem; 2) Describe the objectives; 3) Design and develop the artifact; 4) Test the artifact 5) Evaluate testing results; and 6) Communicate the testing results. User responses in the development of a webbased teacher performance assessment instrument model were conducted to principals, teacher leaders and supervisors in Majalaya District. This response was conducted by searching for factors through SEM-PLS analysis which produced data related to the acceptability of the web-based teacher performance assessment instrument model
