Abstract
Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah permasalahan motivasi belajar siswa di SMKN 1 Kadipaten yang rendah, khususnya motivasi belajar siswa kelas X MPLB. Permasalahan tersebut diduga sebagai salah satu aspek yang perlu diperhatikan karena akan berpengaruh terhadap kualitas kegiatan pembelajaran dan hasil belajar siswa serta dapat mempengaruhi mutu dan akreditasi sekolah. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh manajemen kelas dan iklim sekolah terhadap motivasi belajar siswa pada kelas X jurusan Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis di SMK Negeri 1 Kadipaten. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa kuesioner dengan jumlah responden 104 siswa. Data diolah dengan menggunakan analisis kuantitatif dengan metode survei eksplanatori untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh manajemen kelas dan iklim sekolah terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara manajemen kelas dan iklim sekolah terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat menjadi wawasan dan masukan bagi siswa, guru, dan sekolah dalam mempertimbangkan faktor yang dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar. The background of this research is the problem of low student learning motivation at SMKN 1 Kadipaten, especially the learning motivation of class X MPLB students. This problem is thought to be an aspect that needs attention because it will affect the quality of learning activities and student learning outcomes and can affect the quality and accreditation of schools. Therefore, this research aims to determine whether there is an influence of classroom management and school climate on students' learning motivation in class X majoring in Office Management and Business Services at SMK Negeri 1 Kadipaten. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire with a total of 104 students as respondents. The data was processed using quantitative analysis with an explanatory survey method to find out how much influence classroom management and school climate have on student learning motivation. Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that there is a positive and significant influence between classroom management and school climate on student learning motivation. It is hoped that the research results will provide insight and input for students, teachers and schools in considering factors that can increase learning motivation.
