Abstract
Permasalahan yang menjadi fokus kajian dalam studi ini adalah belum tercapainya target sasaran kinerja yang menjadi dasar bagi setiap organisasi. Organisasi perlu memanfaatkan sistem informasi dan memperhatikan kualitas sumber daya manusia dalam pelaksanaan tanggungjawab pekerjaan. Penerapan tersebut akan mempermudah dan mempercepat penyelesaian tugas oleh setiap individu. Kondisi ini tentunya diharapkan akan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan suatu organisasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pandangan pegawai pada aplikasi SRIKANDI, pengaruh kualitas sumber daya manusia dan penilaian tingkat kinerja pegawai di ANRI. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui penyebaran kuisioner kepada 93 pegawai ANRI dan data dianalisis menggunakan data deskriptif dan inferensial. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, penerapan Aplikasi SRIKANDI dan kualitas sumber daya manusia memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai di Arsip Nasional Republik Indonesia (ANRI). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik Aplikasi SRIKANDI dan kualitas sumber daya manusia diterapkan dalam suatu organisasi, maka semakin meningkat kinerja pegawai dalam organisasi tersebut. The problem that is the focus of study in this study is the unachievement of performance targets that are the basis for every organization. Organizations need to utilize information systems and pay attention to the quality of human resources in carrying out job responsibilities. The application will facilitate and accelerate the completion of tasks by each individual. This condition is certainly expected to improve the performance of employees of an organization. The purpose of this study was to determine the views of employees on the SRIKANDI application, the influence of the quality of human resources and the assessment of employee performance levels at ANRI. This research uses quantitative methods by collecting data through distributing questionnaires to 93 ANRI employees and the data is analyzed using descriptive and inferential data. Based on the results of this study, the implementation of the SRIKANDI Application and the quality of human resources have a positive influence on employee performance at the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia (ANRI). This shows that the better the SRIKANDI Application and the quality of human resources are implemented in an organization, the more the performance of employees in the organization will increase.
