Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya anak dalam menyelesaikan tugas yang diberikan guru, anak kurang menjaga barang miliknya sendiri, anak kurang menghargai waktu, dan anak tidak meletakan kembali barang ke tempat semula. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana perilaku tanggung jawab anak sebelum diimplementasikan nya metode berbasis proyek, bagaimana perilaku tanggung jawab anak selama penerapan metode berbasis proyek dan bagaimana perilaku tanggung jawab anak setelah penerapan metode berbasis proyek. Hal ini terlihat pada saat pra penelitian perilaku tanggung jawab anak belum berkembang optimal. Maka dari itu diperlukan stimulus untuk dapat meningkatkan perilaku tanggung jawab anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas Model Kemmis dan Mc. Tanngart. Dengan subjek penelitian sebanyak 14 anak usia 5-6 tahun kelompok B disebuah RA yang berada di Kelurahan Cipaisan Kecamatan Purwakarta Kabupaten Purwakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini berlangsung selama dua siklus yang diawali dengan kegiatan pra penelitian, dan dilanjutkan dengan tindakan siklus I dan II. Setiap siklus terdiri dari sintak metode proyek yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, dan tahap evaluasi. Pada kondisi awal pra penelitian mendapatkan nilai presentase 25% perilaku tanggung jawab anak masuk ke dalam kategori Belum Berkembang. Pada pelaksanaan siklus I mengalami peningkatan dalam perilaku tanggung jawab anak dengan nilai presentase 48% masuk ke dalam kategori Mulai Berkembang. Dan pada pelaksanaan tindakan siklus II mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan dengan nilai presentase 81% masuk ke dalam kategori Berkembang Sangat Baik. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah penerapan metode berbasis proyek dapat meningkatkan perilaku tanggung jawab anak usia dini. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari nilai presentase pelaksanaan tindakan siklus I dan II. ----- This research is motivated by the low level of children in completing the tasks given by the teacher, children do not take care of their own belongings, children do not appreciate time, and children do not put things back in their original place. The purpose of this study is to find out how children's responsibility behavior before the implementation of the project-based method, how is the child's responsibility behavior during the implementation of the project-based method and how is the child's responsibility behavior after the implementation of the project-based method. This can be seen at the time of preresearch that children's responsible behavior has not developed optimally. Therefore, stimulus is needed to be able to increase children's responsible behavior. This study uses the Kemmis Model and Mc. Tanngart class action research method. With the research subjects as many as 14 children aged 5-6 years old group B in an RA located in Cipaisan Village, Purwakarta District, Purwakarta Regency. The data collection techniques in this study are through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are qualitative and quantitative analysis. This research lasted for two cycles starting with pre�research activities, and continued with actions in cycles I and II. Each cycle consists of a project method syntax, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. In the initial pre-research condition, a percentage value of 25% of children's responsible behavior was included in the Undeveloped category. In the implementation of the first cycle, there was an increase in children's responsible behavior with a percentage value of 48% in the category of Beginning to Develop. And in the implementation of the second cycle of actions, there was a significant increase with a percentage value of 81% in the category of Very Good Development. The results obtained from this study are that the application of project-based methods can improve early childhood responsibility behavior. This can be seen from the value of the percentage of implementation of the first and second cycles.
