Abstract

Pendidikan karakter merupakan suatu metode untuk menanamkan beberapa nilai karakter dan sosial kepada peserta didik disekolah. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan media pembelajaran yang inovatif dan interaktif guna meningkatkan minat belajar siswa pada materi hak dan kewajiban yang sering dianggap abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran digital berbasis website, ED-CIVIQ, yang digunakan pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila di kelas IV SD dengan model Problem Based Learning (PBL). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Design and Development (D&D) dengan model ADDIE: Analisis, Desain, Pengembangan, Implementasi, dan Evaluasi yang dilakukan oleh validator ahli media dan materi. 1) Pengembangan website ED-CIVIQ berbasis problem based learning menggunakan hosting website pada platform GitHub. Tahap implementasi dilakukan dengan subjek penelitian yakni siswa sejumlah 29 siswa dan guru kelas IV SD. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan angket yang kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. 2) Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa website ED-CIVIQ berbasis problem based learning ini layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran dengan hasil persentase penilaian ahli materi 78,57%, dengan catatan penyesuaian konten materi, dan penilaian ahli media 92,5%, dengan catatan penyesuaian desain media dengan materi. Validasi ahli menunjukkan bahwa media ini efektif dan efisien dalam membantu proses pembelajaran. 3) Selain itu, respons guru dan siswa terhadap penggunaan media ini sangat positif, dan mendapatkan persentase penilaian 97,22% dari respons guru, dan 99,14% dari respons siswa. -------------- Character education is a method to instill various character and social values in students at school. This research is motivated by the need for innovative and interactive learning media to enhance students' interest in learning about rights and obligations, which are often considered abstract. The study aims to develop a web-based digital learning media, ED-CIVIQ, to be used in the Pancasila Education subject for fourth-grade elementary students, employing the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model. The research method used is Design and Development (D&D) with the ADDIE model: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation, conducted by expert validators in media and material. 1) The development of the ED-CIVIQ website based on problem-based learning uses website hosting on the GitHub platform. The implementation phase involved 29 fourth-grade students and their teacher as research subjects. Data was collected through interviews and questionnaires, which were then analyzed descriptively, both qualitatively and quantitatively. 2) The research results indicate that the ED-CIVIQ website based on problem-based learning is suitable for use as a learning medium, with a material expert assessment score of 78.57%, noting adjustments to the content, and a media expert assessment score of 92.5%, noting adjustments to the media design with the content. Expert validation shows that this media is effective and efficient in aiding the learning process. 3) Additionally, teacher and student responses to the use of this media are very positive, receiving a rating percentage of 97.22% from teachers and 99.14% from students.
