Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya kemampuan peserta didik dalam melakukan kerja sama selama proses pembelajaran. Hal tersebut ditandai dengan terdapat peserta didik yang mendominasi selama proses diskusi kelompok, mengeluh tiap kali pembelajaran dilakukan secara berkelompok, memilih-milih teman untuk dipasangkan. Hal tersebut tentu saja belum mencapai tuntutan dalam pembelajaran abad 21 yaitu kemampuan 6C salah satunya kemampuan kolaborasi atau kerja sama. Pada Kurikulum merdeka juga terdapat misi mewujudkan profil pelajar Pancasila pada dimensi gotong royong dengan elemen kolaborasi, kepedulian dan berbagi. Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik sebagai perangkat pembelajaran dapat membentuk variasi pembelajaran yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mencapai kebutuhan peserta didik dalam mengembangkan kemampuan kerja sama. Dengan itu, penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengembangkan LKPD berbasis pembelajaran kooperatif one stay–three stray untuk mengembangkan kemampuan kerja sama peserta didik fase B sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Design and Development (D&D) dengan model pengembangan PPE (Planning, Production, and Evaluation). Hasil persentase rata–rata perolehan skor dari seluruh ahli yaitu 93,33% dengan kategori “Sangat Layak”. Peneliti melakukan uji coba produk untuk mengobservasi kemampuan kerja sama peserta didik ketika menggunakan produk pengembangan. Berdasarkan hasil observasi tersebut, kemampuan kerja sama siswa mendapatkan perolehan skor rata – rata sebesar 74,47% dengan kategori “Baik”. Dengan itu, dapat dikatakan bahwa pengembangan LKPD berbasis pembelajaran kooperatif one stay–three stray mampu mengembangkan kemampuan kerja sama siswa fase B sekolah dasar. This research was motivated by the lack of students' ability to collaborate during the learning process. This is characterized by students dominating the group discussion process, complaining every time learning is carried out in groups, and choosing friends to pair up with. This of course has not yet achieved the demands of 21st century learning, namely the 6C abilities, which is the ability to collaborate or work together. In the Independent Curriculum there is also a mission to realize the character of Pancasila student in the dimension of mutual cooperation with elements of collaboration, caring and sharing. Student Worksheets as a learning tool can form learning variations that can be used to achieve students' needs in developing cooperative abilities. Therefore, this research aims to develop LKPD based on one stay – three stray cooperative learning to develop the cooperative abilities of elementary school phase B students. The research method used is Design and Development (D&D) with the PPE (Planning, Production, and Evaluation) development model. The average percentage score obtained from all experts is 93.33% in the "Very Decent" category. Researchers conducted product trials to observe students' collaborative abilities when using development products. Based on the results of these observations, students' collaboration abilities obtained an average score of 74.47% in the "Good" category. With that, it can be said that the development of LKPD based on one stay – three stray cooperative learning is able to develop the cooperative abilities of elementary school phase B students.
