Abstract
Era globalisasi pada masa ini ditandai dengan derasnya kemajuan serta perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang membawa dampak amat besar untuk masyarakat terutama bagi peserta didik sehingga karakter gotong royong pada diri peserta didik meredup. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan dengan sikap acuh tak acuh peserta didik dengan sesama, terlebih ditambah dengan guru tidak melakukan pembaharuan terhadap model pembelajaran yang membuahkan hilangnya rasa antusiasme belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT terhadap karakter gotong royong peserta didik dan perbedaan pengaruh pada kelas yang menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT dengan kelas yang menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT. Penelitian ini mengaplikasikan metode kuasi eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan non-equivalent control group design. Dengan sampel penelitian ini peserta didik kelas VA dan VC SDN 052 Cisaranten Wetan Gedebage tahun ajaran 2023/2024. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini berupa tes. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT terhadap karakter gotong royong peserta didik dapat dilihat dari uji N-Gain yang menerangkan bahwa kelas eksperimen menerima nilai N-gain dalam kategori sedang artinya mengalami kenaikan sedang. Pengaruh penerapan model kooperatif tipe TGT terhadap karakter gotong royong peserta didik di kelas kontrol menerima nilai N-Gain kategori sedang cenderung rendah artinya mengalami sedikit kenaikan. Perbedaan dalam peningkatan terlihat dari perbedaan yang signifikan antara rata-rata nilai pretest dan posttest di antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol, sebagaimana ditunjukkan oleh hasil uji independent sample t-test yang menegaskan bahwa terdapat perbedaan dalam pengaruh antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. --------------- The current era of globalization is marked by the rapid progress and development of science and technology which has a huge impact on society, especially students, so that the character of mutual cooperation in students fades. This is shown by the students' indifferent attitude towards each other, especially when teachers do not update the learning model which results in a loss of students' enthusiasm for learning. This research aims to determine the effect of implementing the NHT type cooperative learning model on students' mutual cooperation character and the difference in influence between classes that apply the NHT type cooperative learning model and classes that apply the TGT type cooperative learning model. This research applies a quasi-experimental method with a quantitative approach using non-equivalent control group design. With this research sample, students from classes VA and VC at SDN 052 Cisaranten Wetan Gedebage for the 2023/2024 academic year. The instrument in this research is a test. The results of this research show that the effect of implementing the NHT type cooperative learning model on students' mutual cooperation character can be seen from the N-Gain test which shows that the experimental class received an N-gain value in the medium category, meaning it experienced a moderate increase. The effect of implementing the TGT type cooperative model on the mutual cooperation character of students in the control class who received N-Gain scores in the medium category tended to be low, meaning there was a slight increase. The difference in improvement can be seen from the significant difference between the average pretest and posttest scores between the experimental class and the control class, as shown by the results of the independent sample t-test which confirms that there is a difference in influence between the experimental class and the control class.
